Winding staircase was terrible. Only air conditioning in 1 bedroom. Missing basics like washing up liquid, tea towels land bowls, backdoor didn't lock. Very expensive for what you get.

The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

The accommodation was very, very basic and the cleanliness questionable. The sofa bed was tricky to convert into a bed (no instructions) and the mattress heavily stained. The main problem was their inflexibility and lack of help which is not my usual experience from Italians. Our flight was cancelled which meant we had to fly to Pisa, travel from Pisa by train and so we needed a late check-in. They weren't flexible, charged us 3 nights (we ended up staying in Pisa the first night so only stayed 2). We may have been locked out if we didn't arrive by 23:00hrs as they told us that was the latest we could arrive. We couldn't guarantee the train would be on time. They also requested 50 euros call out fee as we were going to arrive late.

Location was good, across the road from a fabulous sandy beach with nice beach bar, volleyball etc. A few nice shops and bars nearby - not a big resort. The swimming pool was big and in great condition with a shallow section for youngsters separated by a bridge from the main pool. It had air-conditioning.

Thé configuration of the house. all the rooms are upstairs and the toilet is at the RDC. So this is not comfortable when your child’s have an issue during the night. Some upgrades are necessary in the toilets but it was comfortable.

the house was cleaned. The swimming pool was great but not open all the time. the beach is 5min by foot so it’s very nice.

It's an old village with some minor refreshments here and there. The pool is good, but the rest of the facilities show sign of age. The houses have no windows, only doors which make the rooms seem dark.

Very clean! You will find what is needed. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very good supermarket nearby. Parking spaces around the estate. Lovely beach nearby.

Old equipment, blunt knife in the kitchen, only the most necessary equipment in the kitchen without kettle and chopping board. Pool is relatively small, there were a lot of people, so we didn't even use it...

Accommodation was in the center near the beach, the possibility of outdoor seating. Near to Ravenna.

The water in the bathroom took 15 minutes to come on. Thinking that the shower and sink water was turned off, we tried calling the office number, but they were closed so we could not speak with anyone. After 15 minutes of leaving the sink on, water finally came out. When we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the bathroom bucket even though we didn’t put anything in it.

The air-conditioning on the other room doesn't work very well..the external light was broken and it tooks 2 days before they change the bulb.

The appartment it is complete everything we need specially kitchen stuffs.The lady in the reception is always kind and affectionate...

The only thing that we didnt like is that the hotel didnt have any tenis rockets to borrow. There was a tennis court, but no possibility to use it :(

Stairs. Picture on wall that was unbelievably inappropriate, otherwise good. Pool could have been open all day.

Location. Pool. Location. Helpful reception staff. Bus to get to Ravenna. Beach nearby (free beach was good), Supermarket nearby. They have done work to improve these facilities and previous comments are out of date

Rooms, reception and facilities were substandard. Needed to find another hotel for our stay

Bed was very old and not comfortable. All equipment was very old but working. Bath room was really small and toilet was leaking.

Good position close to sea. Water pool inside of the camp.
