Nothing! It was perfect!

I finally got to fulfil my dream of staying at a family run aguriturismo in the Italian countryside! The common areas here are so gorgeous the photos don’t do it justice. It was a little chilly with the wind but I still made an effort to try out the pool! The staff here are very sweet and have a whole range of recommendations for places to see in Tuscany. Breakfast is delicious especially when you get to eat outside in the courtyard. You can chose to sign up for dinner made in house with selections from the menu needing to be put in by 5pm. We committed to a huge bistecca alla fiorentina which was incredibly well cooked. The wine produced on the property is also pretty damn good! Don’t be shy about visiting the nearby town - it’s so magical to walk through at night and very safe! There are also some local dinner options which gives you a nice opportunity to have a more authentic dining experience. Would love to return with friends and family one day!

I'd prefer the breakfast to be self-service. It is not a problem to be served by someone, It's just a preference of mine.

Oreste and Catherine were wonderful, always ready to help, to give tips about Tuscany and taking care of our well being. The hotel is so beautiful and paceful that it is almost a dream. We love to be there.

The room rate was on the higher side, which is understandable when its such a gorgeous boutique hotel with excellent food, but did mean that only being allowed one coffee at breakfast (any more would be chargeable in addition), plus having the buffet style breakfast rationed, and being charged additionally also for the coffees and teas in the room seemed unnecessary.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and pool, good sized rooms with good air con. The food and wine (from the owner's own vineyard!) were so fresh and delicious, and kept us coming back for dinner and lunch rather than venture out as much as we'd planned to into the nearby town centres!

We had a wonderful stay here for a week. Everything was perfect, exceptional staff who were very friendly and helpful on handwritten recommendations for the area. The meals were a really nice touch, something different every night. And we spent a lot of time at the large pool, everyone had an allocated sunchair, which we thought was a great idea. Everything here was very well thought out - would highly recommend.

We asked for a travel cot for 3 months old baby and they were charging 30 euros a day for the privilege, after 7 days that would be the amount of a new cot so we had to pack our own and this was extra luggage we could have done without.

The accommodations were just what I wanted. The staff was so friendly and the food was homemade and delicious. The area/views were stunning, the swimming pool a real winner with especially with my grandson. It was very tranquil and very relaxinngy

the family who runs this farm/guest house were absolutely lovely. The property is beautifully designed. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was perfect during the hot weather we had. The home cooked dinners were lovingly prepared by the family ever night. It is a special place and we will definitely return. I cannot say enough good things about it. Bravo!

I have stayed in more than 500 hotels worldwide in the last 25 years for business and vacation. This place is for me the most wonderful place ever (even though having been at paradise places like Maldives etc.). The family that runs this little jewel is so friendly and nice and their parents do a wonderful job with cooking for dinner - it is just fabulous. Breakfast is typical italian style but I missed nothing. The style and decoration of the buildings, rooms and environment is all made deeply from their heart with tons of love and passion. Every little detail is just marvelous. It is extremely clean, nicely arranged and the colors of the stone walls is just love for the eyes. The piazza/patio in the center is such a beautiful place where outdoor breakfast, lunch and dinner are so enjoyable - I thought I was dreaming all the time. Everything is just perfect and I find no proper words to express my feelings. The pool is a wonderful and quiet place, offering a brilliant view over the Tuscany hills. Every room has its own umbrella and 2 sun beds by the pool - no reservation required, no disputes, no trouble. The whole stay means enjoying a relaxing holiday and peace from start to end. It does make a huge difference when the owners live in the same property. They take so much care for their guests and the whole environment so that there is nothing to worry about or to argue about. The place is located right in the middle of some of the most beautiful foto-spots of the Tuscany. Only a few minutes drive to wonderful landscapes and cypress-alleys. Siena is about 30 minutes away, easy to reach by a highway nearby. The little village "Serre di Rapolano" can be reached on foot in a few minutes (but it is quite a steep hill to walk down!). It offers nice little streets to explore and is absolutely quiet - no tourists, thus no restaurants or shops.

Beautiful estate with really well thought out mini ‘chalets’ (rooms), great service from all, and an outstanding swimming pool. Loved spending the last few days of our Tuscan tour relaxing here. Highly recommended.

Oresta and Catarina and Linda were all Terrific, we loved our time , just wished we had stayed longer . The pool is amazing and the dinners were very authentic. We met some other guests , it was a wonderful experience, the highlight of our trip . Hope yo go back again .
