TV in the room was a joke, the size of a computer monitor. The comforter was stained, I don't think it is washed in between guests. You have to pay extra for the coffee at breakfast (latte, espresso etc.), but the coffee is not as good as expected. Cappuccino with no foam, over boiled milk, no tampering after grinding the coffee. Either include it or prepare it as it should. Eggs and bacon did not look good.

Very well kept grounds, exceptional view and patio area. Friendly staff. Nice to have the restaurant downstairs after a tiring day - opens at 19:00. Big parking and a beautiful pool area. The restaurant has a a great view of the valley and the food was very good. Wine is also very good.

Music on the terrace was missing sometimes or could be louder.

Breakfast options are a little limited

The location is great for trips to Montepulciano and Siena. The accommodation is very welcoming for dogs. The pool is great and the backdrop of the hills makes it very nice to swim in. The wine on site is very good. Zane (the host) is exceptionally welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.

Poor breakfast. It would be nice if there was an option to have a lunch, because they have very nice restaurant where they serve only dinner and reservation is required.

Breakfast was good for what we needed, but didn't exceed expectations. There was a surprising rule about not eating in our rooms, given we'd chosen a room with a kitchenette and dining table. With no lunch on site, that's a tricky rule to abide by.

The room and views were better than expected, the photos didn't do them justice. The evening restaurant meals were delicious. They produce their own olive oil and wine, which were outstanding. And the staff were lovely, very helpful.

Comfortable & charming rooms within a well kept beautiful location. The property is very central when visiting the Tuscany area. We totally enjoyed our stay & loved the pool area to relax. The owners and staff were very friendly. All local and fresh produce used in the restaurant along with exceptional wines. We will be back. Absolutely stunning!

We loved our stay, Pia and Giovanni are amazing and made the stay so lovely and special for us! The restaurant was ridiculously amazing, the view, sunset and the food can’t be beat. Highly recommend the flan for entree and the semifredo for dessert 👌🏻 also do the wine tasting. Absolute best place to relax and visit the surrounds. Gigi the cute pup is also the sweetest. The room was also lovely and bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Ground floor room smelled a bit moldy but got an upgrade to an upstairs room that was much better. Would recommend booking the room with the view in advance. Some practical things were missing in the room like nightstands or a chair.

The coffee at breakfast could have been stronger for my liking. You could order espresso or cappacino or other specialty coffees, but at a price. Would be nice if the specialty coffees were included with the breakfast.

A beautiful property with a restaurant, swimming pool and plenty of parking. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. In a beautiful area of Tuscany and just a short drive to many areas of interest for sightseeing and wine tasting. Breakfast had a wide assortment of foods and the view from the property is spectacular. Julia was very helpful and providing us with names of restaurants and wineries. She even provided directions and made reservations for us!

Agriturismo personel is really great and helpful, makes you feel welcome. The place is really beautiful, as well as surrounding area. There is a lot places to visit in chianti region.

Great location on a rural road close to the tiny town of Castelnuovo Berardenga (20 minutes east from Siena), with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills. The restaurant has tables outside so you can enjoy a magical time at night, with local delicacies and wines produced in their own vineyards. The pool is really nice and the room was spacious and with windows offering great views.

The airco was not working properly so we had to sleep with open windows and were awake very early. Also the fridge was heating instead of cooling.

Super place! Very good breakfast and dinner although a bit expensive when compared to other restaurants in the neighbourhood. Super swimming pool.

Rooms are a on the cosy side for a double but everythings was fantastic.

Great and friendly staff, helped us book a nice resturant in town and very accommodating. Only issue was the rooms and bathrooms were a little cosy, and the AC didn't work, but they did come round at 11pm to fix it. All in all great place to stay with an amazing view.
