Shower heads need renewing, had to request for hot water to be put on due to pressure? Served it’s purpose nonetheless.

Upon entering the hotel ,a smell of mould annoys your nose .We stayed there in 2008 ,deeply appreciated the location and came back to realise not-one € has been invested in the hotel all these years.Also ,the we found a dirty mini fridge in our room,with empty champagne bottles and no water in it .

Nothing, but I can see that some people would find it noisy, but it's in the middle of Rome so not unexpected.

The location was amazing just 1 minute from the Trevi fountain and many nice restaurants. I had seen some terrible reviews before I came but the room was fine, everything worked, and it was kept clean and tidy.

Location is absolutely amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! You are steps away from Trevi Fountain and can walk to many other wonderful spots. The room was cleaned well and the bathroom was huge. BUT the room was tiny, tiny, tiny, bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was limited and served in the dark basement. Overall, the value for the cost was ok. Staff made it all wonderful!

Not a 4 star hotel - we had issues with our rooms not being serviced even by 6pm. Happened on more than one day.

Not clean. In real news for a relooking (painting, cleaning, breakfast room smells damp and furniture dirty. Dairy products not kept cold and butter melted. Wall plaster falling off with broken cupboard doors.

Only 20m from the Trevor fountain. Very well located.

Location is amazing. Aside from being close to the Trevi Fountain, it is also within 10 minutes of the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, as well as many other tourist hot spots. For how busy the area is we did not notice any noise. The included buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day

Breakfast was really good. Location was brilliant and very central to the Trevi fountain however the area is very crowded, which is no reflection on the hotel. The staff in the hotel were lovely and friendly. Myself and family members would definitely stay here again.

Lack of comfort. Front desk staff not helpful at all. Location saves the hotel. Not fancy but it works because it’s so central.

I have traveled to Rome a couple of times before, but this hotel is by far the best I have stayed in in terms of location and courtesy of the staff. Mr. Hussein (at the reception) was very kind to us and also took care of our belongings which we were storing before our late night flight. The breakfast spread is good and the coffee is just delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Although location was good, was very noisy. Street vendor across the street, spent most of the day throwing a splat ball on a box, made a noise every time. Also was woken early hours by rubbish being collected

The bathroom needs attention - there is no non slip mat in the bath, the shower needed repairing. The television could not access any English channels although the staff did try to fix it. There were tea and coffee making facilities but no coffee or milk.

We have stayed at this property twice before. It is well located next to the Trevi Fountain, but that means that the area outside the hotel is very congested. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good and the lady who organises the breakfast are is excellent. The room is a good size, with comfortable furniture.

The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, we had to ask to vacuum it. Next day we were out of the room 09:00-17:00 and it wasnt cleaned again. We were requested to leave the room at 17:10 for cleaning but we refused.

Stayed there 5 nights. We were 4 people and for the duration of our stay we've got constantly 3 large bath towels. For the entire stay, the cleaning crew not once vacuumed or moped the floors of the room! In the end, it was disgusting to walk from the bathroom to the bed after a shower... in fact, it was disgusting to walk in the room.

The staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast hall were great - friendly and helpful! The location is without a question the great!
