Room floor was not cleaned properly for the first couple of days. The same bits of fluff were noticeable on the floor even after the room had been cleaned.

Position of the hotel was excellent,in 10-15 minutes of walking you get at fontana di travi/colloseum/ pantheon, the breakfest was very good, the personal very friendly ,we have a terrace that make every evening perfect

We stayed as two families. We both had children. Naturally, when the children came together, they made noise, especially in the lobby. I don't see any problem in the staff protecting the rights of other guests and warning us about the noise. The problem is the body language of the staff. I'm pretty sure the receptionist woman who works the morning shift absolutely hates kids. This bothered me a lot. If she hates children so much, I advise him to work in a hotel that only accepts adults.

The building because it’s old it needs a little attention to detail maintenance The breakfast is basic and not well prepared especially the croissants that are cold and not fresh

Really spacious and It was my wife’s birthday and the hotel had a surprise for her which was very sweet and kind. Will recommend this hotel for stay and their breakfast was really good and this would help you roam the city. 😊👍🏼

In the mornings it was a bit cold in the room and bathroom.

Hotel was small but cute, with the taste of historic charm. Very good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very thankful for surprise birthday balloons and welcome drinks for me and my sister. Room was cleaned up after everyday, fresh towels.

The staff was very friendly. There were some nice surprises: welcome drink, free guided tours. We loved it! The place is very nice - walking distance from Termini and to the main touristic objects in Rome

I loved the hotel overall, the design is classy and elegant! The staff was very kind, friendly and nice, yet professional and available at all times. The room was very clean and warm. Gorgeous bathroom with amazing lighting and lots of mirrors. Comfortable bed with perfect pillows as in softness & height. <3

The mattress on one side of the bed was thinner than the other side, very uncomfortable and hard, there was a lot of noise in the night and early morning, sounded like truck unloading???

Can’t really find fault with any aspect of our stay.

The room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom also I appreciated the single beds that I requested. The breakfast was very nice with a great selection on offer and polite and helpful staff Location is excellent with sights and metro so close

Staff are top tier and very helpful. Few minutes walk from Republica metro station. Approx 20mins walk to colosseum and most major attractions (pantheon, Spanish steps, trevi fountain etc). Definitely recommend location.

Felt like a 5-star hotel. Everything over the top impeccable. Amazing breakfast. Location is great for access to Roma Termini. Staff is truly the nicest I've ever experienced ever.
