location was very close to the Duomo and to my meeting place, the Magazzini Fotografici. Ownerss of the property were forthcoming and helpful. Room was very clean.

The steep flight of stairs is a huge negative, especially with heavy luggage. The bathroom was really small. It was a struggle to have a wash. The main door needs to be locked manually, so you cannot really guarantee your safety if another guest forget to lock the main door.

Located in the historic center. It was great for sight seeing and exploring the area. Two train stations in walking distance.

The instalation has no lift and as we were travelling for a while, our luggage were heavy. The breakfast is served on a bar at the other side of the street and is very simple. A hot beverage and a croissant. The croissant is very good.

It is very well located and the personal is very nice and attentive. We need to leave a luggage there for a while and it was arranged. The metro is near and it is very easy to walk through the old center, a very vivid place full of people.

I would definetly stay again, good value for money and excellent location. If I had anything to say that could improve is the bathroom, the shower is really small, quite difficult to move inside it. Also a bit of mould in the bathroom tiles and shower was leaking a bit. Also please be aware that there is no full time reception, you need to liase with the owner before arrival. Last thing which was not a problem for us is that there are 2 floors of steep stairs going up to the room, maybe not suitable for someone with mobility difficulties.

Room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. Location was super central! Breakfast was served in the coffee shop across the street which was delicious.

Room wasn't cleaned or bed made up one single time in three days. Bathroom was tiny. No one was ever around at reception.

Staff are very loud when cleaning rooms early in the morning. I didn't get a receipt or an invoice and it took me weeks and messages to get something to show I had paid them. What they gave me was just a document from another company. They claim they couldn't do it as I had already paid, but they made me pay upon check in and the check in staff and I couldn't speak the same language and told me to communicate any issues later. So basically badly organised, but if you are traveling for business you will struggle to get what you need to get reimbursed. I still haven't.

The room was fairly sized, although it seemed bigger on the pictures. The beds very comfortable and bathroom clean with soap and shampoo. Breakfast at the café next to the B&B, you get a croissant and a coffee. It’s quite silent at night, so you can have a good sleep.

This B&B is in a really great location, so close to some of the most popular attractions. The staff member we met was really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and everything we could have asked for. The value for money cannot be beaten.
