Although the bed was big it wasn't really comfortable. It's a nice property, but for a 4 star hotel it would need some updates (better beds, better soundproofing of rooms...). Still not a bad experience.

The location is really great and close to the centre of Trento, all attractions are within 10-15 min walk. There are plenty of parking spaces close to the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

The Wifi in room 303 was very inconsistent and weak. I had to rely on my own data. That was mildly annoying. The receptionists were very different how welcome they made me feel. I further got controlled as the only person when I got breakfast, also being the only person not dressed like a business man. I recommend the receptionist briefing the catering staff on who payed for breakfast or control every guest every morning. I felt singled out and did not enjoy starting my day this way.

I found the room rather sad and the mattress was too hard for my taste. Given that the main point of of staying in a hotel is to enjoy sleeping, I was not happy. The WiFi is too complicated to connect.

Centrally located, walking distance from the train station, it is very convenient for visiting the city. Staff was very polite, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious as well.

The parking was a bit of a hassle. The hotel has a partnership with a public parking garage for which you pay 10 EUR per day. For each time you park in the garage, you have to go back to the hotel (about a 5-minute walk) to get an exit ticket so you can exit next time you need your car. Would have been great if they could just issue a multi-use exit card for the duration of your stay. Also, there are no reserved spots for the hotel so it may well be that even in that garage, you won't find a spot. Regarding the room itself, it was mostly good. Some minor points for improvement: the AC may need a refresh (the quality of the air was not the best). Lastly, I appreciate the hotel being pet-friendly :) but our room needed some pet odour neutraliser.

Everyone we've met from the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome, always very patient with our questions, and would always greet us with a smile. The location was perfect -- you could walk to all the most Trento attractions and good restaurants from there. The room was large and the wifi was fast enough.

Could not control the heating in the room, it was too hot. The cleaning staff kept rearranging my belongings, which was a bit annoying.

WiFi was a bit erratic. Shower pressure was low. Then, just when I was almost finished, the (excellent) pressure returned.

The room was large and very clean. TV screen was also quite wide. Quiet area and room. Would definitely go back and recommend. Very good breakfast. Location is good. Just few minutes away from the train station and the centre.
