The mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable for me, the pillows were too low and soft. Me and my girlfriend had back pain from it. And sometimes the hygienists were a bit noisy in the morning. Also the air conditioner was making some noises, nothing serious.

It was clean, good decorations, cozy, everything was working and as advertised. Overall experience was very good!

Bed was a bit hard

The location is very convenient to train and metro ...walkable to a few sites with plenty of dining options within a few blocks . Owner has pizza place next door which is great...she also provides great info and maps to help you navigate the city ..very helpful

We were travelling in winter time and they gave thin bed cover (Italian style no duvet) and an extra blanket which was still not very comfy and quite cold. We also found something in the room quite allergic.

The bed is not so comfortable but it’s okay! The hotel does not have a room where to put luggage when checked out and the locker station nearby was full. Maybe it would be nice to offer a space for luggage.

When you enter the building, there are garbage containers and it stinks terrible! It would be much better if there was a small sitting area in the garden and if the owners were a little more friendly. . They seem to work on a take-it-or-leave-it basis. Late chek-in Booking also charged me something over the figure and it said that we do not have any costs on the spot, but it was not a tax, but we still paid it when we arrived.

Nice cozy room, but very small, clean and nice bathroom. Very nice view of the garden. Location next to Termini train station, a street full of restaurants (there is next door a small fast food place run by the same owner as the guesthouse, food and coffee are good but nothing special, a bit overpriced) other ones were better and cheaper.

Charging 5 more euros per night to get the air conditioner remote to be able to use it is rather absurd.

TV channels are a little poor. you go through many doors and alleys to get to your room. Smoking is very difficult, no places nearby. Worst of all you cannot check in before 2 pm and there is no one at the office until then to ask if you can leave your backpack etc, which you cannot.

There were no amenities that are standard in most places. No kettle or fridge in your room. There was a fridge in a common area that you could use if you weren't worried about others taking your food. Also the towels were stained and the next morning the older woman who helps out, was arguing with me because I wanted clean towels. They only replace them every three days ( no problem normally) but I refuse to use dirty towels! I didn't find her very friendly or helpful.

I really loved the central location! It's so close to the Termini, laundry & baggage storage, and if course restaurants. You can walk to many places from here or take a short city bus ride. Perfect for touring Rome.

I wouldn't say I liked the red color of the furniture. The blanket smelled bad. There were few lights so it was quite dark in the evening. The room was quite cold at night, the thin blanket they provided was not enough for me. I had to put on my scarf, socks, and long-sleeved clothes in order to keep warm.

The accomodation was close to Rome Termini station. There was a nice small garden in front of the building, it made me relax after a long day of walking from destinations to destinations in Rome. The room overlooked garden view and was quite roomy.

The check in kinda rough. The office was closed so we asked the pizza restaurant next door and it turns out that they also handle that business as well. They told us check in was at 2:00 pm and directed us to a laundry business a few buildings over for locker baggage, since we had to wait about 4 hours. The bathroom was small but good size shower. It is an apartment building which takes 3 separate keys to get into the room. The building floors are not labeled so we remembered the floor we where on had paintings on the wall.

The lift was good to have. The bed was comfortable. The garden view was nice to have. The windows open in the room. It has a mini fridge in the room. There where many restaurants around and the train station just down the street.

The place should have glasses for water, kettle and cups for coffee and tea. Bed is not comfortable (the mattress is very hard).
