Unfortunately, the ceiling of the apartment is low, so I don't recommend it to individuals taller than 175 centimeters, I am 180 cm tall and hitting my head on the wooden frame in the bathroom and bedroom.

We loved the place. It was a little tight with the sleeper couch and table in the living room.

The ceiling was a bit low so we needed to be a bit careful.

The flat was very clean, and had all amenities. It is super close to the train station and there are some nice restaurants and cicchetti bars nearby. The host explained everything to us and when we had an issue with the heating, they immediately responded to and solved the issue. We enjoyed our stay a lot there and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family and also try to book the same place for our next trip in Venice.

Not that we didn’t like it but just be aware they have really low beams and door frames. No problem once you remember 😜

Location was perfect, comfortable traditional apartment. Had everything you could need on a stay. Communication with host was great. Lovely coffee shop two doors down for morning coffee’s and pastries to take away. Lovely little bar across from apartment too. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. Within walking distance of everywhere. We were two families 4+4 and the apartments were in same building right next door to each other.

The one thing we didn’t like is that it was warm and we were unsure how to use the AC units. We would also not recommend this stay for anyone over 6ft. The apartment’s ceiling is a little low, but nonetheless the stay was great.

Francesco’s property was excellent because it wasn’t far from the middle of the city, but it was away from the hectic crowds. We loved that we had the chance to meet the host and receive recommendations of places to eat in Venice. Highly recommend Francesco’s place.

Nothing at all, really. Some noise at night from apartment immediately above, but overall a minor issue.

Excellent communication with host prior to and on arrival. Very friendly, informative and kind host. Apartment was perfect, great location within easy walking distance from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station, only one bridge to cross and flat pavements all the way. Quiet area in old Jewish Quarter, generally very quiet after around 22:00 hours at night. Good shopping options nearby and a range of local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended accommodation.

The property is in a quaint back street but near the canal and a bridge, like most properties in Venice now it is on the 1st floor. It is well equipped and a secure, felt very safe. Near lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries all over a and in walking distance to everything too, but also tucked away from the main canal so no view of the water. We didn’t use the lounge but did look out the window and enjoy the little bar opposites accordion music. We hope to visit again one day.

Good location, close to train and bus stations. St Marks about 20-25 min walk. Lively area nearby with shops and restaurants. Was welcomed to the apartment, shown where everything was. Good facilities, Wi-Fi good. Clean, comfortable, bedroom and living room were good size. Beware low ceilings and even lower doors. I’m only 5’11” and I kept bumping my head.

We did read that there were low ceilings but didn't expect that they would be too low to walk about normally for a 6'3 person. If you're a taller person you show be aware that you'll need to stoop through doorways and in main living area. The bedroom ceiling was just fine.

The location was the BEST! It's a very convenient and easy location from the train station and also easy access to all attractions in Venice. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the friendly, inexpensive neighborhood cafes and ate breakfast and coffee daily at the Majer cafe below our apartment.

The bathroom was a little on the small side so for my husband it was a bit tight sometimes. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and creaked every time you turned over so I didn't have the best nights sleep as I am not the most restful sleeper.

Location was great if you don't mind a bit of walking which we don't so was perfect location for us. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could want. The check in and out was simple and the lady who met us on check in showed us everything the apartment had to offer and the local amenities like the local supermarket etc.

My stay at Francesco's was great, really nice location, great accesses, we toke a Gondola ride just from the door of the property. The apartment was great, supper clean there was coffee and tea available on arrival, (was grate because we were in the move since 3 am the previous day). Very friendly and super helpful. Everything the we needed and more. Will come back on the next trip to Venice.
