It was complete and what was described online was true just needed a little bit of cleaning outside. They had facilities like the pool and restaurant if you dont have food. The kids have play grounds and activities too.

The shower. The options were scalding hot or freezing cold. It didn’t matter where you turned the tap or how small the angle of turning was. Very dangerous for kids.

Great looking campsite. Variety of pools for all ages. No swim caps required. The kids activities were well received. Lots to do. The rep David, was great with the kids. Wifi was good in the main public areas but not in the cabins.

Lodge was decently equipped but rather small - it was meant to sleep 5 and we were only 2 adults and one toddler - I wouldn’t have wanted any more than that! We struggled to find space for our suitcases etc.

Clean, well-maintained pool complex area with plenty of sun beds. Decent restaurant and pool bar with good range of options which were not too expensive. Clean, well located accommodation. Lovely forest location. Decent range of activities for kids, mainly focused on younger kids.

The overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the tent was dusty and filthy and so was the WC. The service in the bathroom was not always made several times a day; loads of dead insects on the floor, bathrooms out of service…

The cabin was a bit sterile, but tbh was fine for what we needed. The resort was quite tightly packed and crowded.

The cabins were small but clean with everything we needed. A nice outside space to relax in. Wasn’t the sort of place we would normally go on holiday but the kids enjoyed the entertainment and various pools.

For a tall Dutch man (>2m) the Air Lodge is a very small, couldn't stand up straight and bumped my head multiple times. Also the "sleep and see the night sky"-plastic windows sound good in theory, but moss and algae in the forest have completely eliminated that possibility. Location-wise: you'll always be driving >25min to get somewhere, even the closest shop, be prepared for this. Visiting Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, all takes ~ 1h. We just stayed on the camping a lot, no regrets, had a blast.

The camping is located on a hill in a forest and has a lot of shade and cool nights, perfect. The atmosphere, with kids walking around, was great. The glamping facilities are good, clean, the right "vibe". The park restaurant was also very good, great Italian food, without breaking the bank, right next to the pool.

- Pool area is too small for the amount of people, it feels too crowed. - Restaurant fast, efficient and friendly but food very average. - Instead of a second toilet in our bungalow, a wardrobe would be better.

The tents didn’t work for our kids as ants crawled all over them and yes we have camped before and bugs overall don’t bother us but the ants shouldn’t be in my kid’s underwear.

Restaurant was a bit pricey for the food offered. The area is beautiful, the trees offer a nice atmosphere and lots to do around. You cannot reach without a car though. The pool was well maintained. The kids pool section is massive and great for little kids, had lots of entertainment. Staff was very helpful, overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Nothing really. I wished we were a little closer to some of the main attractions and cities in the region like San giminiano or Siena, but I knew where we’re going when I reserved, so nothing to complain about. Great place, really!

This is a great place for families with kids. The pool, the animation and all the extra activities for the little ones make this place a great base to explore Chianti and Tuscany with children. The swimming pools were definitely the highlight there. There is a restaurant on site as well as a supermarket should you prefer to cook your meals. We stayed in a Classic mobile home for the first time in our life (we’ve never been camping before) and we felt surprisingly comfortable considering the tight spaces inside. The place was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything needed for the preparation of nice breakfasts and dinners and the air conditioning was working great. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great place to discover both Tuscany and camping. Hopefully we’ll be back again one day. Only then I’d go for the panorama XL cottage to make the stay even more glamorous:)

we had some ants problems the first day, but well that’s the forest. with help of the staff it was quickly solved and the rest was ants free. book in advance the activities we missed the pony ride but managed to do other things so it wasn’t a big issue.

the caviglia was new, welcoming and had everything we needed. the resort had great atmosphere, the pools were great and the food excellent. the staff helped in any issue and we wanted to stay more. we’ll definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

He could hear the hunter's shootings since early morning, which was quite scary and unpleasant.

When there weren't shootings, the silence and the quiet was amazing. The mobile home was big, clean and cozy. The patio was amazing.
