Perfectly situated in Old Town. We had 2 Casa Cressotti apartments, one very modern, one more traditional Italian. Both were scrupulously clean and everything you could need in an apartment was provided. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The Apartment is located in the very center of Malcesine. The kitchen is very well equipped,there is even a filter coffee machine. In the night is quiet and during the day is cool thanks to air conditioning. The owner is very nice and helpful. The balcony is a nice addition to whole apartment. Little advice, get comfy shoes, because the center is cobbled. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The ‘lounge’ area was equipped as a third bedroom with a day bed and not very comfortable for 4 people as a lounge but we didn’t actually need to use it as the dining area opened onto the balcony and was light and airy. The decor was rather retro but cleanliness was more important to us and you couldn’t fault this. It would have been a bonus if the balcony could have fitted 4 comfortably around a table rather than 4 chairs in a row. The price we payed more than compensated for these ‘would have liked’ points though. We would definitely return.

The property was in the perfect location, had ample storage, equipped with all we needed and spotless. The host was lovely and incredibly helpful.

The apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped. It is a super location. The owner is fantastic. So helpful. He met us off the bus and when we were leaving he took our luggage in his car back to the bus station. We will definitely be back.

No problem with the property, but could be a little noisy first thing in the morning or late at night.

We went for my Nephews wedding the property was excellent right in the centre of the village with easy access to everything. It was clean, well stocked with towels utensils crockery everything you could ever want on holiday. When we left the owner collected our cases and took them to the taxi for us he was so helpful, definitely would go again.

everything. excellent host, spacious rooms, clean, beautiful lake view, great kitchen facilities, malcesine is the best location on the lake and the apartment is in the heart of it. countless options for drinks/food around the property and big supermarket a 3 minute walk. castle and cable car around the corner.

Everything! The location was perfect, lovely and roomy and the balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast and watching the town come to life. There was a garage for the car and we were met by the host who helped us move all the cases and was so friendly. We also had access to the pool and everywhere was clean and well looked after.

Some of the furniture was a little tired and the hinges needed attention. We like softer pillows, just our preference. An electric kettle would be nice for us english tea drinkers. The hob kettle was a little slow. The, quite small, swimming pool was a little bit of a trek from the apartment.

Excellent location close to all amenities. We stayed on the second floor, apartment 4, the balcony had a great view of Lake Garda. You were allowed to smoke on the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Most useful was the provision of dishcloths, scourers, tea towels & washing up liquid in the kitchen (would be good to include this in the listing). Free Wifi provided which worked well. The owner organised a taxi transfer(at our request)for us both ways this was extremely well organised. Most useful to us was being able to stay in the apartment until early afternoon on the day of our departure. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Malcesine.

If I was to request anything, it would be basic condiments such as salt and pepper for cooking. The kitchen was fully equipped, but it would have just been the cherry on the cake.

The apartment was right in the middle of the old town and were very spacious with 2 double bedrooms and additional beds can be converted form the living room sofa. There was also a dining room bathroom and kitchen. The host constantino came and met us, and explained where everything was, and said to contact him we we needed anything at all. I will definitely book here again if I'm visiting the area.

It was self catering but the supermarket is very close as is lots of lovely bars and restaurants, super location but wear flat shoes as this is a beautiful old town with cobblestones, has lots of character, we would definitely return

The sink in the kitchen was very low for washing up.

The location was superb. We loved the views from the balcony. The apartment was really clean. The owner was incredibly helpful. He met us at the bus station and carried our case to the apartment. He also helped us on the departure day. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Good value for money No major negatives-it was abit basic in regards to decor in the second bedroom but we spent most of our time outside and exploring the amazing area. Pillows were also firm but found this in all of the accommodations. Just being picky but overall I would highly recommend and come back again

Amazing location, couldn't be more central We stayed on the 1st floor room 2, no lake views but good size balcony and chairs Owner was incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond Initially wasn't looking forward to staying as the pictures didn't look great but exceeded expectations and the pictures didn't do the place justice. Would go back and recommend to my future wedding guests to stay if they're wanting somewhere that's a reasonable price but a real Italian feel

Just one thing , I slipped in the shower one night and acquired bruises but it could have been worse. This can easily be rectified by providing one of those rubber suction pads which can be placed in the shower

The apartment made us very happy very clean and comfortable. Decor was authentic and traditional in keeping with the area and beautiful buildings. The views were gorgeous. Also loved sitting on the balcony at night with a glass of wine, did not need to go out.
