Check in uses an app to open the outer door, the inner door and the room door. There are no staff at check in. Once you understand this it works well but it wasn’t clear when booking or after receiving an email requesting to check in online first. Make sure to download the app and register using the email link so you can get in! The rooms are on a Main Street but the windows are double glazed so the traffic noise is ok. However, the breakfast / sitting area is right outside the rooms so it can be noisy when people come in late or get up early.

Convenient location close to the central station and the old town. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok - nice Cornetti (croissants).

Checking in was nightmare Would prefer to meet someone and check in normal had to ring number to open front door then go upstairs put in code to box to get keys of property problem lighting very bad both in our seventys found it frustrating Would be more easier to just meet person to check in Otherwise no complaints

The structure itself was a little old, but the room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was done through an app, which worked well but could be off putting for older customers.

Great location, great connection with airport and a short walk to the city centre. Very good internet connection, perfect for working. Charming room, with lots of nice touches, little treats to make you feel at home. A good breakfast spread.

Nothing

The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, located a few minutes walk from the old town. You need to do self check-in online but It’s really easy. The contact was via WhatsApp and I got all the answers immediately. Good breakfast. During our staying which lasted 3 days, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed once. No parking but it’s not a problem. I found a place in a green zone and left the car there so it wasn’t too expensive and what’s more important nothing wrong happened to it.

Smell of parfume everywhere a bit too intense. The instruction for the check in at first was not so easy, ,if u do not have battery on your phone it´s hard to get in. Pretty expensive for a night(in Bari pretty much everywhere)

Self-Check in: the Video in mail was wrong. House entrance door: after telephone call is automatically opened. Floor entrance + room: is opened after input the code. An additional waste basket in the room would be nice.

No response regarding walking directions after repeatedly requesting same. Expectation was that one had a phone because to enter building one needed to call a number. It took multiple triess before my phone and the number connected to unlock the door. Did not like the uncertainty that we could get back in.

Good location, near Bari city center and the train station (10 min walking) / the old town of Bari is at 15/20 min by walk. The breakfast is complete with choice. The room is quite big, with a big bed.

A bit noise at night as it’s looking towards a Main Street. If you are a light sleeper just make sure you have ear plugs handy.

The location of the place is very good. Few minutes walking distance from everything. As I arrived on Sunday for one night only street parking was free.
