Higher level of street noise but as said did not bother us

The location just around the corner from Trevi Fountain was superb but did mean relatively higher street noise level. This didn’t bother us at all.

It is located in a no car zone, making it troublesome for tourists with big suitcases to get a car.

Awesome host (Cenci)! Location right in the midst of eateries, souvenir shops and round the bend from Trevi Fountain.

water kitchen outside our rooms, no coffee/ tea provided. no shampoo/ conditioner provided. The drawer very classic and old fashion. this room should provide new side drawer. Far away from Roma Termini station-30-45minutes walk

Easy access to shop close to fontana trevi. The staff waiting and welcoming outside the hallway (2 minutes walk to our rooms ) and escorting us to our rooms. He even understand that we have 4 kids and give 1 double bed, 2 single bed( sofa bed-2 big children ) which our earlier booking was given 2 seperate rooms & different building. The rooms like apartment or junior suite. They have kitchen area where we can sit and eat. they have warm water to shower and air conditioner to sleep. They have big closet to keep our stuff or hang our jacket. water kettle was keep at the kitchen ( to be shared). He gave us extra towel. and babycot. Easy to go down to any shop at fontana area to eat breakfast. They provide tv in each room. The staff very helpful, dedicated and friendly. He even whatsapp me 2 days before arrival in Rome.

The kitchen was separate and outside the room, so you must keep your bottles filled for the night. We had to wait a little, but then, to reach the annex building, we went to another location. It's not an issue, but ideally, the actual address should have been informed earlier.

The location was very near the Trevi Fountain. We are a family of three, so we were moved to another building, but it was also nearby. So, it was very convenient. The room had almost everything that we needed. Towels, soaps, handwash, etc. The common kitchen does not work, but you can always use the water-heating kettle. We liked it.

In the Booking.com site it was mentioned that electric kettle with coffee tea making facility was included. But it was not. Also, in the booking.com site it was said that if the booking is made for the value over 650 euro, the host would provide free airport pick up and drop. No such service was available.

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. There was no breakfast with my booking.

The pillows were quite hard so we didn’t sleep as well as usual, but obviously this is just personal preference. It would also have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

It wasn't made clear beforehand that the location of our rooms is different from what the online maps point to as the accommodation address. Our rooms were in another building, on a different street. We were also told upon arrival that our booking did not include breakfast when we thought it did.

Location was great as it is very near a main highway with bus stops and also really close to Trevi Fountain. Other tourist attractions like the Pantheon and Spanish steps are also easily accessible on foot.

On the site it appeared that it was a part of the hotel but was actually an air bnb. So it was surprising but not at all a problem.

It was surprisingly quiet even though we were right in the middle of the action by Trevi.

Safe wasn’t a coded one and key was not provided. We had issues will the TV - no volume, not a big deal but annoying. The location address listed is a different property. Correct address should have been provided so we could be dropped off in the taxi.

The only downside is that there's no window in the bedroom, or more precisely, there is a window but it's a passageway from which unpleasant smells spread. -There was a water leak in the bathroom, so our towels were constantly wet. :/

I see that some other visitors had breakfast - we didn't, but we didn't miss it. The location is beautiful. In the center of Rome! The owner was kind and wanted to accommodate us in every way. :)

However not as advertised, it was a different location than in booking.com We had alot of trouble checking in. I had to buy a sim card to get in contact cause there was no response. But there was so many tourist, internet was barely working. So not for me, ill take a hotel next time

The location was really great, nice and clean, aircon worked well. Breakfast being provided every morning with a fresh coffee and croissant from the local bakery was a nice touch. Great communication and easy to access.

The room had great air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower was very good. Location was perfetto.
