Kind of regretted the lack of view from the room, but we picked the room very late.

Very pretty room, nice size, typical Venetian style. The location is excellent, close from everything, but not too crowded, at the back of a hidden street... Very nice and strategic place to go, if you want to have access to everything by foot. Breakfast was very nice. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff very accomodating, for check-in and check-out, nice and welcoming at any time of the day.

The room was quite small and the building is on a slant. There is no elevator so guests need to carry their bags up the stairs to get to their room.

The property is only a 10 minute walk from Saint Mark’s square and is not far from other attractions, cafes and restaurants.

I understand the building is old and full of character but there could be remedial work done to make the rooms better for guests. The bathroom had one tiny shelf and when I placed my electric toothbrush on it, it slid off and crashed onto the floor, luckily it didn’t break! There was plenty of room for a longer deeper shelf and a lip/edge could be glued on to stop things falling off. The shower was ok for us but if you are tall and a bit on the heavy side you may struggle or you may not fit in! I’m 5ft8 and 62kg, hubby 5ft8 and 70kg. We could just about bend over to pick the soap up when it fell out the tray as it was on the wonk! There was no room to unpack toiletries There was no luggage rack in the room Only one bedside table The bedside lamp had to be flicked every so often to keep the electric running to it! Our head was lower than our feet sleeping, this could be rectified by putting raised feet at the top of the bed frame. Tip.. lie your suitcase down or it may roll across the room in the middle of the night and freak you out!!

Great location, clean and more than comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. They where very accommodating with any requests and we where able to leave our bags after we check out as we had a late flight.

Be certain to use google maps to find the hotel as it's down a narrow street with no obvious signs outside. I passed it twice (even with google maps) before I found it. Partly my fault since I was looking down to avoid the rain puddles but still it's an easy spot to miss.

This hotel is centrally located and very close to the Rialto vaporetto stop (5-minutes). It is beautifully appointed. I did not eat breakfast there but it looked good.

there is no room view.It is mentioned that it has a view (of course I didn't wait to have a canal view bur it can be a street view etc.) however we were face to face to a building wall

Most of the things were cultural. One gentleman at the front was impatient but overall it was good.

one morning we didn't have hot water because some repairs were being made to the plumbing, and there isn't much space in the room

The walls of my room were very thin and I woke up when someone spoke in the hallway during the night, but still not a big problem for me.

The location is perfect. The room was fairly clean. I was allowed to leave my baggage in reception after checkout.

I wish I received better recommendations of where to park my care. The website states the is special pricing with Car Parks you have partnerships with. I contact the hotel via email and that wasn't mentioned. It would help if there was better information provided to your guests.

We were on the top floor and the steps were hard work. I wouldn't say this was a deal breaker for us but might be for some. The guy on reception never looked particularly happy but again not a real problem. The shower was honestly the smallest shower I have ever been in. I'm a UK size 14 and was ok but any bigger I would struggle to get in and out of it.

Perfect location, lovely room and a great price. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was good.
