We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

5-10 minutes walk to Milano Centrale. A lot of food options nearby, Pam supermarket. Staff members were nice and patient. Breakfast was very good, variety and spread. Room was big. We were a group of 3 with luggages, and there’s enough space for all of us.

United States of AmericaThe beds and pillows were hard. The location is on a quiet street and actually in the center of a group of buildings. It’s a strange entrance. I would not have felt comfortable walking alone.
The Superior Junior Suites are very spacious. The lobby is nice for gathering. It’s close to the Milano Centrale. Family loved the extensive breakfast buffet.

Hong KongStrange allocation of supplies. We had 2 people for a double room for 2 nites and there were 1 pack of water, 1 sachet of hair conditioner and 1 sachet of body lotion. We actually didn't to reduce waste but could not understand their logic.

Hong KongIt takes some effort to find the location because the hotel is not on the main road but tugged inside a group of buildings. Once you find it, there is no problem.
We booked two superior rooms so the rooms were big and superb. Very clean. Breakfast was great, lot of choices. Location was unbeatable. The train station is just around the corner, less than 3 minutes walk.

GreeceThe WiFi was a little bit slow. The rooms looked "empty", despite the comfort and space they had. They need more decoration. Furthermore, the walls and curtains were little bit dirty.
The breakfast was very nice, plenty of food and variety. The location was excellent, near the Metro line and Central station. Just 3 min. walk.

United Arab Emiratesroom didnt have coffee facilities which is the biggest let down for an Italian hotel. This was a deal breaker for me and why i wouldnt recommend it. Must have coffee in all rooms. Got 1 fee water in 4 days which is poor. Most hotels over 3 star give 1 per day. For such a large hotel not having a gym is a real shame. Cleaners need to pay attention to the cordners, under curtains and beds as it was dusty.
room was a Junior suite style and very large. Bed was huge and comfortable too. Staff always helpful. Breakfast was ok something for all dietary needs. Less than 5 min walk to Centrale station.

IndiaThe hotel is very close to the Milano train station but very far away from city attractions. We were told to wait for 2-3 hours before our room was ready. We understand the wait since we arrived early but have we been told about the upgrade option (which we took), we would have gotten the room quickly available to us. The staff at reception wasn’t quite friendly.
The room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff was very quick in providing service.
