The steps in the room, they would be dangerous for anyone that got up in the night. No control of the temperature in the room, it was hot outside and heating was on, no aircon!!!

Hotel is fantastic. Decorated and furnished perfectly. Great piano bar and restaurant overlooking main piazza. Food and drink superb. Pool lovely and quiet. Good gym. Staff perfect at all times.

The gym was really disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Basically a couple of basic machines just left in an outside corridor by the pool. No spa either. The prices of any sort of food or beverage at the hotel were crazy. A Coke 10 euros, a cocktail 30 euros and up. I live in NYC and I am used to high prices but these prices were ridiculous, specially considering that the hotel is really not a luxury hotel. We always ate outside of the hotel.

Fantastic location, the staff at the concierge desk was always helpful and very professional.

The bars drinks very expensive even for coffee and tea - but I had been warned about this so it didn’t upset our stay - the sad thing is it makes you drink locally elsewhere rather than at hotel.

nice clean hotel with comfortable beds good standard and clean rooms with very good service within rooms - changing of towels- turn down etc - Location good and very easy access to all bars restaurants and shops. All staff excellent very helpful at all times and welcoming . Also Complimentary water in room each day and evening if required - loved the tender rib boat ride to the hotels lovely little private beach which was quite basic but had a lovely time there as very peaceful and beautiful.

We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one night, and were very taken aback by the outrageous prices for water, salad, and soup. Most salads and soups were not shareable and cost 28-32 Euro. Water is 10 Euro a bottle! The eight of us ordered 10 bottles and so we paid 100 Euro for water! When I complained, the waiter said the price is on the wine menu - I don't drink wine so I would have never seen the price. We falsely assumed that the water price was comparable to other restaurants (2-3 Euro). The food was good, not outstanding. Because of the prices for water, soup, and salad, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Views and surrounding area lovely to walk around. Great food for half board option.

Some little defects in the door of the balcony & other tiny things that were a bit broken which I wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel. The food was crazy expensive & the value for money was often not met.

I hated The 15 or 20 taxis that were out in front of the hotel. It was impossible to get by them as we had a van. They should try and keep that area clear so that cars can get in there safely.

The concierge, Christian, was excellent in helping us with restaurants and things to do.

food and drinks are extremely overpriced - 7 euros for a water in the bar, but they do provide delicious amuse bouche. Pool area could do with some music / maybe a bar area. Beach facilities could be improved.
