All was great

The hotel was strategically located in the heart of the city. The entire staff was very kind. The room was outstanding, super clean and for 4 nights I felt like at home. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered a large variety, dinner at the hotel was superb...best pizza I ever had (this is coming from USA Jersey girl). nearby there is a bell tower that rings at 7am which woke us up

the location was very good for our needs - few minutes from main roads, and short drive to Bibione. the room is modern & nice with 2 air conditions and a small kitchen. breakfast is fine too.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room itself was nothing short of impressive - spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed bathroom amenities.

We were here 3 days with a family. The owners are realy kind and very nice. They try to help you in any way. We stay in the appartment, which is located 80 m from the restaurant. The rooms are nice and clean. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels. One night we ate the dinner in the restaurant - for a long time we didn’t ate such a good pizza!!! The town is small and cute, people are nice and friendly.

The check-in process could be improved. The parking is not exactly beside the reception, so the check-in operations might be better explained especially if you plan to carry with you heavy luggage.

The building (dependance) was recently renovated and very comfortable, silent at night, and relatively close to the city center and the train station. The staff was very noice and the breakfast was superb. The rooms had a small kitchen with almost all you need.

Thanks to the lovely Rafael for a great hospitality. Rafael did everything he could to help us. Went out to meet us when we arrived so we could find the hotel. He was kind, smiling and very helpful. the new rooms are not on the premises. but they are very close, 2 minutes walk, and very quiet.

If I could give mark for the breakfast from 1-10, I would give 6. They realy should make nicer breakfast, considering the fact that it is in their own restaurant. We have eaten in that restaurant at night also, and the food was quite good. The coffe is realy bad also. I have been living in Italy (Rome) for 4 yrs and I know what good coffee is. Cappuccino in the morning that you have with breakfast is realy bad-instead of milk cream, they make this foam that disappers (owners are making it). Quite disappoitnig to go in Italy and have a bad coffee. Hope they will change that. There is literally nothing in that little town, so you can only sit in the car and go somewhere else. That accomodation was on our way and close to Outlet, so that is the reason we stayed there. Accommodations closer to Outlet were all more expensive.

Accomodation was nice, they own a whole building with different apartments. Clean and nice rooms, apartment with kitchen. Parking is maybe 150m away from the building and also breakfast area, which is in a reastaurant that the family ownes. So if you come with car, drive buy the building first to leave the bags and then go and park the car. Owners are nice and friendly-more son then the sister.

I really liked everything and I have no idea what could be better.

I can only say the best about accommodation at Hotel Ristorante Cigno. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to answer all your questions. The location of the hotel is exceptional since within a few minutes you can connect to the highway and if you prefer to travel by train, the train station is 300m away from the hotel. The food in the hotel is very tasty. There are several markets near the hotel. This hotel is simply perfect for a vacation in Italy.

Parking is a little far from the room, and check in you actually do it in their restaurant.

The room was actually an apartment , very big with kitchen ( that I didn’t need or use). Breakfast was good
