There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The property was a30 minutes walk from major sites except Vatican City. The owners welcome you personally and are very welcoming and helpful, wether explaining where to go, where to eat, etc. The room was spacious, very clean and completely remade everyday. Breakfast was amazing: delicious, varied and plentiful.

The hosts Mila and Franco are extremely nice and provide very good service. The bed is very comfortable, the surroundings are calm at night.

The lack of a couch in front of the telly to slump on after a long day of sightseeing!

Amazing location if you are planning to be out and about (we used Rome as HQ for several trips). The room is unconventional but generally comfortable. It is squeaky clean with a modern bathroom, great bed and pillows and a kitchenette stocked with breakfast items and an excellent coffee machine. Attention by Mila, who brought out breakfast everyday, was top notch!

Only thing was that the light by the sink in the bathroom didn't work. That's literally the only thing!

Great accommodation. Perfect location. Nice breakfast, which was brought to the room each morning. Beds very comfy. Quite, despite a market on the street outside every morning. Very close to Termini station and within walking distance of main center of Rome. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication from the moment I booked. Apartment building and room beautiful. Owners went above and beyond to help and organised a breakfast at the cafe on the corner as I had to be out super early for the Vatican (cafe has excellent coffee and pistachio croissants, Fillipo the cafe owner is lovely). The breakfast at the apartment is INCREDIBLE. Bed super comfortable, fresh towels and bed made daily. Really close to Termini train station and all major attractions within 30 minute walk (except Vatican - that’s one hour but a nice walk and worth it). Would 1000% stay again ❤️

Everything was so perfect. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed so comfy. The position was so great because you could walk to every major tourist attraction there is in Rome.

From the moment we booked the hotel, through check in and the whole stay we experienced an excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff provided us with useful information about how to get in from the airport and later where are the best restaurants and bars. All recommendations were excellent. Each day on a desired hour we got delicious breakfast to our room. After a long day in the city we came back to clean and comfy accommodation. The room was ample for a city break. Good location to all landmarks and close to the train station. Definitely recommend this place for a stay!

The daily street market did not allow for a front door delivery to hotel. I had several suitcases to maneuver onto the sidewalk from the cab, then down a narrow sidewalk to the hotel. Not the properties fault but a consideration for future guests. Twin beds were short, perhaps a youth length. I am 5’6”. Owner mis-guided us on subway transportation to Vatican City, indicating a 12 minute subway ride. Advised us to leave for Pope Audience at 8:15 am with no consideration for going through security checkpoint to get into the auditorium. We took upon ourselves to leave at 7:45 am and walked into auditorium after the start. My advise is to be in line by 8 am, that is during the winter in the auditorium. Outside Pope Audience moves quicker.

The location based on our needs were met. Made special accommodations for breakfast, as we were not able to meet their time based on our morning commitments.

The hotel/B&B was perfect for me. As a solo traveller I had a small concern about the area after dark (stayed there in January), although it seemed fine during the day.

Easy 10min walk from the Termini, very helpful staff, spotless and tastefully decorated room, no street sounds (in my 'Berlin' room anyway), very comfortable bed, huge breakfast delivered to the room! Highly recommend City Life to anyone looking for a place to stay in central Rome.

We were accommodated in a triple room "Paris" for four days. The room is spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three. Every day it was tidied up and towels were changed. The breakfast was excellent. A cute detail is that it is served in the room. The hosts are kind, helpful and they were there to help us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is ideal for all the attractions of Rome. The hotel is also a 5-minute walk from the Termini station.

Andrea was fantastic. He kept texting and asking where I was. He was responsive and sensitive. The room (Barcelona) was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. It was breakfast in bed. I have no complaints whatsoever. Rome is expensive but that's understandable. I make specific requests for breakfast and it was all granted.

I had reserved a single room but then later my husband decided to join me. I advised City LIfe & as they had no other rooms available, they said it was okay, but the room would be really small. They added another single bed in the room So very much appreciated.
