Attention. There is no reception at the place. You have to say exactly when you arrive to get the keys. Otherwise, you will not get into the building and your apartment. The windows of my apartment faced a busy noisy street. For me, it was not a problem but I can imagine some visitors may not like it.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to the Vatican and the centre of Rome. The room has everything you need but the equipment is not in top condition. 2 bottles of water and a tea cattle are available in the room.

The shower was tiny, water pressure was dismal. Toilet has issues with flushing (sometimes the button got stuck). We didn’t have toilet paper for 2 days so we had to find our own. The tv remote and air conditioner remote both had flat batteries. We were supposed to receive a continental breakfast but we didn’t get anything at all. Coffee and tea only, no milk - we supplied our own. The day we checked in the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied. We found a piece of glass in the bed sheets.

Location was great, only 5-10 mins to St Peter’s Basilica, and walking distance of 5 mins to Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations. We walked from the metro to the accommodation with our suitcases and it wasn’t difficult.

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant stink. I suspect it was the water from the air conditioner. Open window did not help much. The floor was dirty, we could not walk around bare footed.

Location of the property is exceptional. Price was also very good. The check-in went smoothly.

The short notice of change of the location of where we were going to stay. Communication was great regarding that at the beginning of our stay.

The bathroom was lovely. Room super clean. Lots of light through the window. Area wasn’t too busy.

The room was on the 5th floor. The building has a tiny old elevator and is kind of scary. The bed was Ok but they need to improve about the pillows 😫 very uncomfortable. The space of the room was ok for 2 only. Booking offered me an Upgrade but unfortunately when I arrived they just gave me any room! Not nice! Nobody could help me or assist with the inconvenience. You will not find anyone, no front desk or reception area. Its all self assistance. I texted them several times and they never gave me the address of where the reception was! Very frustrating customer service!!

I love the location. Is a block distance from the Vatican and great other locations! They always clean the room and has a functional A/C.

Room wasn’t ready until 15.10 when it should have been ready at 14:00. Some of they keys were temperamental and I found it impossible to get in one night, tried calling numbers but no answer!

Excellent location, spacious room with good facilities. Staff were very kind and allowed me to leave my bags after checking out.

Unfortunately only bad thing was the noise that was coming from outside from cars and people screaming in the street, but overall this place is super worth it and we'll book it again for sure.

Some of the walls might need some repainting and the bathroom shower a repair. Maybe a carpet would be useful, the floor is very cold or give out slippers and bathrobes.

The location is excellent if you are to explore the historical sites of Rome! The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly especially a duty Manager Ali and a housekeeper Donnata. I will highly recommend this place and will be staying myself again in the future.

Apartment was a bit difficult to find at initial check in. The complex has several buildings with different entry ways. The property is also comanaged with the upstairs property and staff are generally in the upstairs property. Water temperature on shower takes a bit of time to warm up.

Location was good. Very close to Vatican and 20-30 minute walk to other attractions. Shops and restaurants in the area and felt very safe for walking around at night. It is in a quieter part of Rome with a more of a neighbourhood feel so had no issues with sounds at night.

Pictures badly correspond with the property. Double bed had two mattresses pulled together that were going apart instead of just having one king size mattress. Shower head needs replacement and the drainage was clogged, hair dryer is centuries old.

The location is really great and the customer support is outstanding. Apartment was also very clean, which I appreciate a lot!
