The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy, I was worried it would annoy other guests and we could here their flushing toilets etc . But as we only really used it to sleep ,not really an issue !

Our host was so lovely and helpful, and the location was great, just a short stroll to the Vatican city, and many other landmarks. Room was in a beautiful old building, every thing was lovely and clean, including the use of a shared kitchen.

Although the people are incredible and the placement is well situated, the equipamentos and the state of the rooms it selfs needs a little bit more care The bathroom wasn’t as nice as it could be - a little bit dirty in the box and also its windows. Also the hot water doesn’t get to a good warm state, it is almost cold As for the bedroom, the heating didn’t also heated as it could be. If we hadn’t had an extra set of blankets, we would be really cold. That goes as well for the common room that has the kitchen. It is colder in the inside than in the outside. But, those are little things. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hostel Is a great place if you want to be near the Vatican and Saint Peters Church! It is really close to bus station and the street is really cozy, seems really safe As for the interior, the room is really cozy and with all the equipments necessary such as heating, air conditioning. Also the kitchen is fully equipped so it is really helpful if you are in a low budget Plus, the manager of the hostel and staff are really nice, gentle and helpful! We had a lovely stay because of them making it a pleasant and welcoming space for us!

It was really cold and one day we didn’t have warm water, and the cleaning was done superficially.

I think they should change the bed; it's noticeable that it's old and makes noise with the slightest movement

When we first got to our room it was very cold and the heating was off. We turned on the heating and the other days were better but it was still a bit cold, it was fine for me but my girlfriend was a bit cold. Apart from that, there were no slippers and tribushön in the hotel.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, and the location is very good. The property has most things you need. It was a comfortable and nice experience. Even though we were late with the check-in time, they helped us a lot and gave us detailed information on whatsapp. They did not cause any problems, they were very helpful.

I liked the location and the price, it was not a private room because I selected the option of shared bathroom but been honest we always arrived late at night and never saw the other people , it was almost for us only and it was comfortable and big

If you don’t have big luggages, don’t use the elevator. It doesn’t seem trustworthy.

They were really helpful, and showed us a place to secure our luggages in our last day, until the evening. Everything was great!

By mistake I booked a room with a shared bathroom, it was not completely clear that the hotel is organized in an apartment. Unfortunately you can hear everything through the doors and walls , especially people in the hall, I can't say it was noisy but sometimes it was annoying.

The room was nice, with new furniture and good-quality bed sheets and towels. Literally 5-7 min walking distance to Vatican, very convenient to get from the train station too. Free access to moka coffee that you can make in the hall

one guy of the guests used the toilet terribly... He peed all around the toilet and the floor. I had to clean it to use it... What a nightmare... :(

Someone might have accidentally made a timer on the TV. IT turns on at midnight and turns off sometime in the morning. It is very unnerving sleeping in an old building and then suddenly the TV turns on. And if you leave it turned on at night before sleeping, you wake up with it turned off in the morning. I could not inform the reception because they weren't there 24/7.

Location was perfect. I can see the St Peter's dome right when I leave the apartment. I love the old, manual rickety elevator. The young lady who checked me in was very accommodating.

Overall property conditions, a bit old, the windows do not close properly because are old style, noises from outside are heard and metro underground too. But in Rome all the hotels are old style because the buildings are protected from municipality and indoor interventions are limited.

Staff availability, communication and kindness. Location is good, there is a kitchen where you can cook, free drinking water, coffe, wifi is good too

The walls are a little thin, so noise from other guests being loud in the common areas can be annoying at times.

Easy check-in process and the rooms are available from 12 pm, which makes travelling with bags alot easier. Reception and cleaning staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean, a little bit older style but still very good for the price and location. Would happily stay again.

The shower could do with a little attention - a bit of maintenance required. But ultimately I was able to get the desired temperature.

Provided everything you’d expect but with the bonus of being set in very pleasant, old architecture with some suitably contemporary finishes. There were no major frills but this was all reflected in the very reasonable price. All the staff involved with planning our stay were fantastic - all responses were prompt, clear and conducive to a relaxing stay.

The room wasn't clean enough, so I took mop to clean the floor by myself because dust and hair were everywhere. Absolutely disappointing was when I woke up before check out and expected to have shower, but it was only cold water. I wrote in whatsapp, but nobody replied until I called and asked to have shower at least later, then messeging again to ask how is it going...

Location is great, close to bus and train stop. Not far from Vaticano. Lady that met me in the beginning explained everything and was very sweet. Comfortable room.
