Hotel location was very close to San Marco, their serve very good breakfast and Dinner, I like it so much. Their staffs was very friendly. The best things is easy for travelers who carry big luggage because they do have lift to every floors in the hotel and the Water Taxi can park just right in front of this hotel. Definitely will come back to stay again when I visit to Venice next time.

Nothing - it’s ideally suited to couples and independent travellers.

Small yet well appointed with a good little restaurant/breakfast room, plus bar and lounge areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, well appointed and exceptionally quiet - a peaceful yet central location. Not a ‘group’ hotel - a more personal experience.

Two suggestions - one is to have a mirror outside the bathroom. It makes it difficult to share a room with the only mirror inside the bathroom. Also, there are beautiful old wooden shutters that we left open for "outdoor air conditioning" since there was only heat, not cold air, in the rooms. The mosquitoes came in at night and ate us alive. So, the suggestion is either to put screens on the windows or have air conditioning so the shutters can stay closed and the room isn't stuffy.

The hotel is an old palazzo, so very grand and beautiful. The room was large with a very modern bathroom. The breakfast was amazing - so delicious and served in a stunning room. For people who appreciate history, this is the hotel for them. For those expecting something modern, this isn't for you. But if you want a true Venetian experience, this is the place. The staff are very accommodating - I booked a second room at the last minute and they made sure the rooms were close together. I wished we could have stayed longer - it was that good. The location is 5 minutes away from St. Mark's square, about 10 minutes from Rialto bridge, and close to everything. Expect to walk a lot in Venice, but it's so beautiful, you don't mind!

Room with exclusive rooftop terrace was too small and did not meet the criteria of a 4 star hotel. Main door and bathroom door could not be opened at the same time.

Excellent location, at very short distance from San Marco Square and in a quiet area - no noises at all during night! Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodating all guest’s needs. Hotel cleanliness was also quite good. I recommend the boat tour organized daily by the hotel at 17:00.

It is a fabulous location, just a 2-minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The service/staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the staff was professional. Staff like Pompeo and Vynai have been great!
