Some of the rooms in need of redecorating. We had to move rooms as nails hanging out door frame. Thankfully they upgraded us which was a nice touch. Odd to have the gym next to the terraced area.

Nice location. Has its own private section on the beach and the beach loungers are included which is a nice touch. Pool facilities were amazing.

This hotel seems to cater to a crowd of slow-moving, elderly people. Who knows why really, but if you’re looking for youthful company, do not book here. The room smelled like mould. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was supposedly « booked out » for the duration of our stay. It honestly didn’t feel that full. Staff failed to give us beach towels almost every day. The turn down service also happened every other day only or very late at night, which in my opinion is unprofessional. They also forgot to replace the coffee pods on a couple of occasions (they also charge you for these - for the price you pay, they should really be free.) To that end, there is also no complimentary drinking water in the room, which the majority of 5 star hotels do on the regular. Should be included. There is not enough on-premises parking for the number of guests they accommodate. They do not tell you that you can order omelettes at breakfast. We found out by asking what the alternative to scrambled eggs were. Ceilings in the room were thin. Upstairs neighbours seemed to be dancing on the floor every night which was annoying.

The staff at breakfast were not helpful and looked like they didn't enjoy their job (3 mornings in row!!,) The wifi didn't reach our room and was not fixed despite asking several times. Our fridge didn't work but was fixed on 2nd attempt. We could not find any free lounge chairs by pool...the majority were not being used but had been "bagsed" with people leaving a book on chair. Should have an attendant to monitor or ensure this does not happen and/or signs.

Martina, Valeria and Mara at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, full of intelligence and happy to help. The view and location are great.

Room had a smell of “closed beach property”, bathroom had leaks from shower and toilet, drawers were broken. We were traveling with children (total 15 aprox) and the pool staff kept asking them to be quiet .. they were doing kids stuff, being happy at the pool and we found that annoying.

There is nothing bad to say, aside from probably despite the location being wonderful it can get quite windy and if you want to explore other sites/beaches you will need a car - but that would be the case in basically every hotel in the island

The location is wonderful, better views are almost impossible! Food was also very good. I am pregnant and they were always double checking my restrictions, very attentive and kind!! Its a very relaxing place, lovely setting! I have read some critics about the place needing renovation and being old fashioned, honestly I would not really change anything in terms of style, it fits the location! Its absolutely charming and very well maintained .. we loved it!

The wi-fi was weak at the limits of the property. There was no water cooler or anti-bac sprays in the gym and perhaps an extra machine or two would have been beneficial. Also no air-con in the gym which was uncomfortable. Not desperately important but it would have been good to have some tea/coffee making facilities in the room or around the hotel. The air-con was quite weak in our two rooms and we were there at the beginning of June.

Located in the most beautiful location with stunning views. Fabulous beach and pool complex. Most of all, we were highly impressed the hospitality of ALL the staff. In addition, we had half board and the food quality at dinner was excellent. The hotel is super clean and they are always mopping and cleaning the public areas. Our rooms were always immaculate and towels were frequently replaced without asking as was bed-linen. We would recommend a balcony with sea-view which we had and it was gorgeous

The bed and breakfast choice.

Location and hotel generally were excellent. The bed was very very hard and pillows thin and poor quality. This was a real shame as room and hotel were lovely. There was also no tea or coffee making facilities which also let the hotel down. Should reconsider this. The only other point of note was the breakfast was not as good as many other 4-5 star hotels we’ve stayed in. A little cheap with limited hot choices.

The bed in my room was horrible. The breakfast was scheduled at 0730 (and it should have accounted for people who have to be at the airport early), meaning that they should have had an early breakfast. Parking was horrible.

The only minor point was the coordination of cleaning the room with the new staff. We initially did not have a card indicating that we did not want to be disturbed. Little tip: the reservation desk has extra cards.

This hotel has a real Italian flair (half board dinner: Appetizers, first course, second course and dessert; 2-4 options). Thanks again to all the hotel staff and kitchen (the food is excellent!!!). The lifeguards very helpful and vigilant. The hotel beach with its umbrellas and chairs gives you the relaxation, especially with enough space between the umbrellas and the alertness of the lifeguards regarding the beach vendors.

No dinner reservations available for months in advance. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not outstanding. The AC in the rooms was barely sufficient. The poolside experience is the star of this location.

The location is outstanding and the hotel grounds are wonderful. The pool is the highlight of the hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was too small and the door of the shawer does not close properly, therefore, all the water goes on the floor. The light in the room is not so much. The service of the restaurant is a bit too slow and there is not too much attention at the details such as providing the necessary cuttlery when plates are served. I reccomand to not eat at the bar of the pool as there is no fresh food and it is quite pricy for the quality of the food served. Sometimes we also had to attend some arguments among the staff... A bit unprofessional... The service of the beach was not explained well and we did not understand if it was the case to reserve the umbrella or not. Unless you stricly want to reserve the first or second line, there is really no need to reserve your place at the beach.

The location is amazing and it is very clean. Towels are changed twice a day. The staff is generally very polite and they always try to accommodate your requests. The food is very good at the restaurants.

The only downside was limited minibus shuttle runs to Santa Teresa meaning a evening out there required a taxi back at €20.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach and has outstanding views of the bay. The swimming pool complex is excellent with plenty of available sun loungers, also with views of the sea.

I cannot complain about anything with the hotel quality , but the evening we dined in the restaurant, we were disappointed with the set menu as the meal was not as good as expected (the breakfast was great and had high expectations for the evening meal ) it was more expensive than local restaurants but the quality was much worse - recommend pa stay at the hotel but eat out.
