Service on the bar/garden - have been waiting like +15 minutes for service at my table, then went to order by myself directly at the bar, even after that action, another 15 minutes of waiting till the time when drinks (just 2) have been served.

Great location - in the middle of main "promenade", lot of evening programm/entertainmant, very friendly staff, view to the sea/beach side, very comfortable pool, nice breakfast options,

there should have been drinking water in the room, although when I asked they did get me a bottle, car park was a little bit far away but ok, it would be nice to have 1 English speaking tv channel, and there was no black/English breakfast tea at breakfast and maybe 2 chairs on balcony

Location is amazing, near to the beach, bar, restaurant, everything you want close to your place. Breakfast and lunch good. The pool is a good place to relax. I recommend this hotel to have a relaxing weekends in Cesenatico.

Every room has a balcony facing the Adriatic and the location is in the center of activity. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was available about five blocks away.

Great position, all rooms have sea view. You have just to cross the street and you are at the beach. Cesenatico centre easy to reach with the hotel bicycles. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, where you can relax. Packing spaces are available. Classic breakfast, the "healthy" aspect can be improved. The owners have been happy to fulfil our requests, thank you.

This hotel is not worth its 4 stars, but rather the equivalent of an eighties 2-3 stars hotel. Furniture in the rooms is more than 30 years old, the balcony cannot be called a balcony (see picture). Everything is uncomfortable and cleanliness is mediocre (e.g. in corners, under beds etc.). There is insufficient space to store luggage, dry towels and keep the things a family needs when travelling. I asked for an additional dry rack which they did not have (see picture of built-in rack in quadruple room which is a joke). Finally, it is very noisy due to the busy street with bagna concerts or other events and drunkards in the street. Food is average and nothing special like represented on the site. Employees all look stressed. Clearly not a place you want to spend a relaxing holiday. As a result, we decided to shorten the stay from 9 nights to 4 nights after our first night. Unfortunately, the owner was not willing to let us go and put the room back on the market allowing booking.com to credit us for the remaining days. He was unwilling to take the risk not to find a new guest although we were in the high season and the hotel was fully booked. The owner has not made any constructive proposals and instead repeated that the problem was with booking.com. He even argued that we had been upgraded into a quadruple room and we should be happy (for the 1m2 additional space). A room that I could cancel free of charge two days before arrival suddenly became nonrefundable at 3 nights notice. Even if that may be valid considering the biased contractual conditions, I am deeply disappointed and have lost the equivalent of 5 nights in EUR. For all those reasons I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody.

Not sure from all these 4 stars have came. Hotel is clean and lobby area nice ... but no comfort in room. All is tired and old. And all-inclusive will not even give you free water not to even mention about futher.

Easy free parking. Very friendly girls in restorant.
