The hotel’s parking lot was small. Across there was an extra lot that you had to pay for as a deposit and was refunded when checking out.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff bought us coffee to our table. The rooms were a great size for my family as we stayed in a room with a full bed and two twin size beds for the boys.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the location was far from the city centre, but, if you rent a car they have parking.

The hotel is good and has a great breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind. I recommend for family.

The neighborhood near the stadium is not the greatest, not unsafe, but a bit run-down. But the price made it worth it. The sheets were a bit too small for the bed, but this is a minor detail. These are minor issues that didn’t affect our satisfaction.

This small hotel is located about a 10-12 minute walk from the historic center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel staff is warm and welcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very thin walls, I could hear the neighbors TV and everyone on the hall. Noisy bed On a smaller side: no hair conditioner and very bad hair dryer

we asked for soy or oat or whatever plant-based "milk" for cappuccino during reservation (one month before our travel) and they contextually said it would be unavailable. we didn`t ask for it during our stay in order to avoid unpleasant discussion, but the deny of such simple vegan product sounds a bit ideological.

Very clean, light and bright hotel. Room was reasonably sized with very comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast buffet was expansive and very tasty. Wi-Fi worked well. It took about 15 minutes to walk into the part of the town centre.

Very thin walls, you can here everything going on in all the rooms around you, including the pluming. Very squeaky beds.

There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room but the reception staff will happily make you a beverage (at a cost) if requested. They will even deliver to the room. There was a vending machine located at the end of the corridor that dispensed snacks and water, however it was not working during our stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Our room had a small balcony with full opening door plus an opening bathroom window that allowed fresh air to circulate. Room was clean and bathroom amenities appeared to be relatively new and worked well. The hotel itself is both a reasonable walking distance with luggage from the train station and a short walk into the city centre. It is situated across the road from a football stadium however as there were no games scheduled during our stay the surrounding area remained very quiet. The breakfast room is a busy place with numerous options available to suit varying dietary requirements. A convenience store is located 50-100m away.

Not much to say - maybe our view from our balcony

I very much liked the way in which the hotel operated - the reception staff were excellent and we particularly liked the location with only a 15 minute walk to the centre and yet we felt very much in the residential area. We will recommend the hotel to others.

Not really relevant to put a comment here since its just a detail, but a chair or two on the balcony would be cool.

The building and location as such is not really gorgeous, but it is easy to reach the centre of Vincenza on foot (10-15 minutes). Besides, the hotel provides car parks just near the entrance. Super comfy! The room we had was big indeed, super comfy with a baby. For a three stars hotel we didn't expect it! Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpul. We heartily recommend it!

We were only there for one night, and there was a footy match at the stadium. There was a little noise but nothing to complain about. Once the window was closed and curtains drawn the noise was minimal.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They called us a taxi in the morning when checking out. We would stay there again.

The room had a small window near the bathroom door. It was a poorly room for the price that we paid for. The images on the booking.com didn’t show the exact room that we were booking so… surprise! 😂 The breakfast was ok, not great, not terrible.

The location was great, about 15 minutes to the city center. And we were lucky to find a free parking lot in front of the hotel.
