The apartment was very comfortable, high, spacious and clean. The location is great. From the balcony you can see the main promenade, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The lady who welcomed us was very nice. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator but for us it was not a problem. I'd love to go back there. I recommend it!

Only one key card to get in and out was available which made it hard for two people to come and go independently. Also once the key card is removed to go out for the day all the electricity is cut off so you are not able to charge your phones etc unless you are in the apartment. I also wish they you were able to stream Netflix or other stations

Wonderful location with maid and concierge service. You are greeted in person on the day of your arrival!! They also helped to arrange my transportation to and from the airport. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend if you want an apartment in the heart of downtown Sorrento

The location. Close to restaurants and meeting points for different tours. Walking distance from the train station. The apartment manager was exceptional. I had a medical emergency and she acted quickly (both times) in calling an ambulance.

We only had only 1 access card to open 3 doors and was also used to provide electricity to the room which include the air conditioner. If one of us left the room at night the other one was in the dark which was very inconvenient. No lights on the stairs and the foyer. No coffee machine as was promised.

The room was spacious and the view from our room on the street was very good. The bed w as excellent and the kitchen unit functional. The shower was good.

Thinking you could have one of the battery operated lights on the table. Like the ones they have in restaurants for when you are drinking Prosecco in the little kitchen for mood lighting!

Unfortunately the second bathroom toilet would not flush at all. We could make do with the other working toilet but hopefully this is an issue that the host fixes for future guests.

Lovely clean apartment in a convenient part of Sorrento - surrounded by shops and a short walk to the beach. It is a lively location so expect some noise (I personally enjoyed hearing the street busking from the balcony). Pleasant and helpful host with easy communication. We managed okay with wheeling our full size suitcases along the cobble pavement to the apartment after being dropped off at a nearby plaza. Just be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs of the building to the first floor (but the steps aren't as narrow and steep as the other apartments we stayed in Italy were).

It was fine for us but be warned: the apartment being so centre of town means you will hear noise outside until late. The apartment is also next to a bell tower so light sleepers will be woken at 8am.

Very spacious. Could fit 4 people with a queen bed and two singles (one as a pullout). Good size bathroom. Location is the very centre of town, 10 minutes to the train, 10 minutes to the port and all the shopping and restaurants just outside your door. Little kitchenette and balcony with room cleaned daily with fresh towels.

The shower! It is the smallest shower ever. Suitable for a child but as adults you couldn't even bend over to wash properly. So difficult especially with a 6'3" man!

Fabulous location. Right on the main strip. You walk out into all the action. The vibe is fantastic. Easy to get to other places from here as well.

Decided to delay my review, as I wanted to distance myself from the holiday to be able to give an honest one. Compressor sound at the back of the 2nd bedroom that stayed on until 4.30am approx. Monday/Tuesday morning and I was travelling by boat to Naples at 8am. Ate for the 1st time in the apartment on the 3rd night. Had a 4 year old with us. Unfortunately he must have dropped something as ants all over the place in the morning. Made to feel it was our fault and no ants would have come in only for us? I would think there is an ant problem in the building anyway, as we were on the 2nd floor. No plugs in the kitchen area, so had to boil water, etc with the kettle on a chair, as the lead not long enough to reach the ground. Not ideal with a small child.

Location was excellent. Spotless. Everything explained. Plenty of room for all of us. Having 2 bathrooms was great as we were there for a wedding, so it helped to take the stress out of getting ready.

This place exceeded my expectations, the location could not have been more perfect. The staff was in constant communication when needed, met me the day of arrival to explain everything and give recommendations. Additionally, the daily cleaning service that was included in the stay was awesome, made the experience feel like I was staying at a hotel but an apartment feel. I would recommend to others!
