Location was great, close to Assisi, although it was difficult to walk because a lot of traffic. The view was amazing.

The booking listing advertised a gluten free breakfast but this only meant a couple of prepackaged gluten free snacks which was disappointing. Additionally, the towels are very thin. Also, they don’t offer any pool towels and I didn’t expect to need to bring my own. Othwrwise, everything was good.

The view was amazing. I felt like I was at a world class resort when I sat by the pool. The staff was very kind and helpful to a tourist who speaks no Italian. They called me a taxi whenever I needed.

The walk to town was a bit perilous- you have to walk on a road with fast cars. The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable.

We loved the pool, the patio, and the view! it is a gorgeous property over all.

As above re breakfast and the room was too small for three people. Plus there was another bed so not much room. Bathrooms could be updated and instead of individual soap and wash a bottle that could be refilled would be nicer and more economically and ecological

The breakfast wasn’t great. Everything came out of packets and they had a huge machine for coffee. We didn’t eat much all carbohydrates except for 3 slices of ham! A big bowl of fruit and delicious bread and homemade jam and boiled eggs would of been better. There must be some lovely local produce out there. Loved the swimming pool and location

We enjoyed our stay very much because our room was situated in the garden. Breakfast was on the veranda and a light dinner is offered as well. The staff was extremely helpful.

The breakfast was very poor, stale bread and a lot of poor cake. No choice at all and nothing healthy.

Location perfect, view from our room was completely beautiful. staff very friendly. Provided good value for money dinners and wine was priced well.

The room was too cold even though the heating was on.The blankets were not enough to keep us warm. Also the towels were quite thin which I guess for summer is ok but not for an early spring.

Location was fantastic and very close to the centre of Assisi. The view from the hotel was stunning.We were surrounded by nature and it was lovely to hear the birds singing in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was friendly.

It has a good location close to Basilica although you walk up the heal and get tired but in 10 minutes you are next to Basilica. In the evening a bit dangerous to walk cause no lights on the road and cars will not be able to see you... but quiet area not so many cars passing. If you have a car the place is perfect to stay cause it has free parking. Beautiful area with fields and greenery. The room is clean, very small tv, bit worse to stay. Breakfast could be better cause if you stay long time you will get tired of the same things. But in all our stay was nice and we enjoyed it.
