Vincent met us on arrival to give us the keys etc and also provided us with lots of local information to help us navigate the city. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, with lots of wonderful coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

We liked the location which is literally on the doorstep of everywhere we wanted to go and see. We also felt very safe in the apartment and everything we needed was provided for, including lovely little touches like chocolates! All in all a wonderful stay in Florence.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos in an excellent location. The host was very nice and met us at the apartment and at a time that suited. He was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend.

A little extra space to prepare food would have been welcomed. With great facilitators and even a microwave we would have liked a bigger area to chop vegetables etc.

Nothing it was perfect

The fact that it was beautiful and right in the middle of everything you could possibly need ! The hosts were amazing and thoughtful Very clean and very peaceful at night . We stayed at the Cellini apartments had requested 2 single beds and they were very comfortable! We will certainly be returning to Florence and will not go anywhere else to stay ! Plus the bonus for me is that it was situated right next to the Palazzo vecchio !

Nothing really. A tea towel in kitchen maybe; there is a light in the outside corridor at top of stairs but it can be dark until you get to it.

The lobby needs a welcoming sight, It is dark and looks like nobody lives there , maybe add some brighter lighting and maybe a good decors, it is loud at night with drunk people considering it’s too near the bars it probably needs sound proof windows or better yet bring some earplugs, drunk people screaming until morning.

Very near to everything and everywhere, the proximity to attractions is 5+, it has amenities especially the washing machine is big time for me since we packed light, we feel so clean after a good wash of clothes. Also Marzia welcomed and allowed us to leave our packs earlier than our check in time, they have very good communication.

Location was superb! Apartment has everything we needed and was quiet and cozy! Patrick checked us in and explained everything to us! Vincent checked us out, kept our cases for us after checkout and then met us to retrieve our cases and ordered taxi for us!

27 stairs, but building is old. Normally would be fine, just had to watch my knee due to upcoming knee replacement.

There is no dishwasher, and it would be perfect if there were more EU standard sockets. However, considering living in a very old style building, overall it is still execent.

The location is quite superior, right next to Piazza della Signoria, just a stone's throw away from the Uffizi Gallery.
