Air con not working, but we left windows open for fresh air.

Elegantly furnished lounge and common areas. Lovely outdoor area. Rooms were reasonable size, comfortable bedding and very well kept and clean. Many eateries, wine bars, coffee shops and Burghessi Gardens all within walking distance.

The breakfast could have been a tiny little bit richer according to me, but absolutely not a problem.

We were a bit lucky to get one of the best rooms (b/o a burglary in our house), but in any case it absolutely exceeded our/my expectations for the price we paid.

Unfortunately there isn’t a parking available at the hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated with a very nice stile. Room are spacious and well decorated. Service is very good. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant.

Everything was excellent

We were upgraded so we started our staycation with a wonderful surprise. Everything surpassed our expectations. The room had a huge balcony with a wonderful view on St Peter. We had breakfast in the lovely garden of the hotel and we were spoiled for choice at breakfast. The area is very well connected with the historical center. You can jump on bus 52 and reach the Parliament area( everything will be walking distance from there ) in 5 to 6 stops. The location of the Hotel is in the Parioli area that is to say the most exclusive area of Rome. If you wish to visit Rome and live the life of locals this is the place to go. Lucrezia, April and the other members of staff are really kind. polite and fluent in different languages. What a place!!! We cannot wait to go back

There is not much to complain about.

Everything was very good. Very nice and helpful stuff. Great breakfast. Very beautiful area. Although the hotel is located little bit further from main attraction points, the public transportation is in reach of few minutes and we didn't feel much problems with it.

The staff at the breakfast was unfriendly and careless. There was a morning when 40 minutes before the end of breakfast time almost nothing was available, even there was no glass for juice and no one cared about that. The hotel location is nice, but don't plan to use public transport as a basic option as it is practically non-existent unpredictable service especially in that area.

The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel surrounding is a nice living area. There are restaurants, shop, pharmacy, bus station in walking distance.

I thought the pictures looked a lot nicer than in person but it was still nice enough. the shower wouldn't stay any higher so it had to be held up to wash. Ate in the restaurant, some food was very nice the the lasagne was overheated in the microwave so the top and edges were very tough. Fish was lovely!

The breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and approachable. We went to a concert at the auditorium so it was out of the main city but perfect for us. Lots of lovely food venues in walking distance and buses very accessible and cheap. Taxi from centre was €15-€20 which was welcome in the 38 degree heat!

Lovely hotel tucked away from the centre hustle and bustle (20 min walk). Breakfast was great and staff friendly would definitely stay again. Our trip contained a concert so we was within a 15 min walk from the auditorium which was great. Plenty of places to eat around too.

The water in the shower was only lukewarm in the mornings (at around 9), although fine at all other times.

Perfect location for the Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone - only 15 minutes walk. Staff were extremely helpful and there is a beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner. We had been booked for 3 nights stay but had to be diverted to another hotel in the same chain for the first night because of renovation works. That hotel was more central, our bags were taken on for us whilst we were out and we were also given a 20% discount for dinner. These things happen sometimes, and I thought that it was extremely well handled.
