I would rate the breakfast 3 out of 5. For sure you will find smth, to eat, especially cakes, pastry, but i would have preferred to have more proper “food” :)

My room’s window at the first floor, was facing the top of the projection roof that covers the entrance. On top of it’s messy, dusty, really not a nice view. Also the window was fully openable so even dangerous if someone gets the funny idea to get out and sit on the roof. I would definitely clean that spot.

Nice hotel, close to the concert Venue. Really clean. The room is minimal, business. The staff was really kind and professional.

I think I was in a room just under the gym, there was a very early gym class with extremelly loud music that was making the room shake and woke me up every morning, that was the only negative aspect of my stay but really makes a difference if you´re trying to rest before going into meetings, which is the main point of staying in a good hotel.

The room was nice and with a comfortable bed. The hotel is clean, the restaurant and the breakfast had good food. Staff was nice and helpfull.

Bar very expensive hence the reason it was empty. Not much round the location. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. The restaurant was expensive but fabulous, had a delicious 3 course dinner which was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overly simple decor. I would have preferred to find a wardrobe with doors to be able to store clothes inside. The general style of the hotel is 80's but acceptable.

Furniture is simple and essential. Bathroom's cleanliness is ok but the room is not perfectly clean cause I have found hairs on the floor indicates it was not perfectly used the vacuum. Although room is in the front of the Main Street, it is well soundproofed and it was possible sleep without noise. Breakfast is for every taste: from fresh fruit to eggs through croissants and delicious pastries. Regarding location, metro station is at 10 minutes by feet and the automatic ticket machine allows you to manage trips independently. Although I didn't use it, I popped into the gym on the seventh floor and although very small it has all the TECHNOGYM equipment for training.

The tiny bathroom and the iron was missing in the room. Had asked for it and it took longer because I was told the 'IRON' is being used by other guests.

The breakfast offered both pastry and continental choislces, but was the same every day.

Clean rooms, great service, complimentary water daily. I went for an event in the congress center right across the street, but the metro ststion is 2 minutes away, so I had no trouble getting to the city center as well.

I can't fault the hotel, because the location was good, walking distance to the La Nuvola Convention Center. The staff were very friendly too.

Breakast was good, it offered cold cuts and hot items as well. Fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, juices and yoghurt were also available. Staff were very helpful
