The breakfast was fabulous, had so many vegan and Gf options. Anna Maria did all the cooking, she was very sweet, she made our day. The view from our room was beautiful. The rooms were very clean

The room was big.. for family 4 people. View was good from our room. The location was great next to the town centre. Breakfast needed bit more variety for vegetarian..

The shower, although clean, is outdated and would of been been nice to have a more adjustable head, this was only minor and did not effect our stay.

The hotel is friendly and welcoming, all the staff are happy to help with any issues or problems. The hotel has a private beach which was lovely to visit, and the use of a lift was an added bonus.The view from the room was beautiful.

Our shower leaked water onto the floor, and we had to sop up the water a couple times during our stay. The bathroom has no sink top to speak of, so there's nowhere to put toiletries while getting ready. I would suggest shelving or a stand of some sort be placed near the sink to remedy this problem.

The staff was great -- super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself is charming.

Bathrooms need an update. Toilet did not always flush & required maintenance. Water sprayed from sink tap onto floor.

Great location just 15-minute walk from Sorrento and the many shops, restaurants, beach clubs, and port. The room was everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with a queen bed, two single beds, and an ensuite. No fridge or kitchen facilities. Access to a lovely roof-top deck, and private beach down a lift (which was a nice surprise). The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

It was perfectly fine.

The views. The breakfast was good - the Caprese chocolate cake was amazing. The staff were lovely - cheerful and always ready to help. A walk down to the beach was worthwhile - lovely little path.

The rooms are a beet run out - and pay attention that not all includ balcony and view to the sea.

The stuff was exeptinal, and the place is well situeded with a view privata beach and roof.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful there’s a real “family run” vibe with customer at the centre of their focus. They go out of their way to assist you Breakfast is buffet style with the gorgeous Annamaria ready to whip up a cappuccino or whatever coffee you fancy. Room decor is a little dated but it’s so clean, there’s plenty of hot water The location is amazing The view is special Access to a private beach by lift was a highlight too . Just a short walk into Sorrento This is a great little hotel ❤️

Breakfast was monotonous but the coffee was great. The view from the room was amazing - you could hear the sound of the waves. The owner Pasquale was very kind and attentive and gave us information about restaurants and excursions.

There were 3 flights of stairs to our room. As we are seniors it was hard to walk up especially with luggage. The rooftop patio is only accessible by a spiral staircase.

The view was amazing from the room as we had an ocean view. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk into the main area of Sorrento. Parking was free.

Wifi connection was very poor. Had to go to the lobby to get reception.

Pleasant staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Slight ocean view via the balcony. Didn’t get to take advantage of all that was offered as we mainly used the place to sleep after full days of sightseeing. Easy 10 minute downhill walk to town with stunning views.

It may be a European thing, but the beds were so narrow, that we were both afraid of rolling over onto the floor! I almost did a couple of times LOL! I also wish they had at least one larger mirror in room maybe even attached to back of door so you could see how you looked or put make-up on, do hair, etc.

The view was amazing! Our room was a sea view and with door opened the breeze was fabulous. The breakfast was absolutely perfect with many choices and staff was very accommodating. Hotel was located close enough to town to walk.

Good affordable Hotel and in walking distance to city center. Staff at the reception is very friendly. Not my first option again, but for the price one also can't expect anything fancy. Rooms were a bit smelly.

Don't expect a modern and luxurious place. It's simple, but great and clean anyway. Breakfast was small and a bit messy (we always came after 8h30) and the internet was not 100% but, honestly, I can't complain about anything. Great value for the money and would definitely be back.

Great value for money. The private beach it's the best thing ever. Before the trip I was curious to know if we'd have to pay to use the hotel beach, but we only accessed it at the end of the day and it was totally open access. Amazing. It's not a short way and no elevator, but I don't mind. Easy walk to the city center and to Bagni Regina Giovanna. I'd love to be back. The bathroom was big.

very good location 10-15mins from the city center and no need to drive. parking included (you need to reserve upfront) which is very convenient. breakfast simple but all OK - includes sweets, bread, cheese, ham, eggs drinks (proper coffee serve on request) excellent views from the terrace or garden (do not miss the garden area views) small tables / chairs you can spent time there in teh day (shaded area) or in the evening
