Hard to find but the owner was very helpful when called. Parking. Impossible to park anywhere close and what is close, several blocks and side streets away, it was very expensive

Because of the really good location (central) you can hear everything outside in the night. Though it is calm 12am-7am. The 'thing' in the bathroom, probably the water pump, was really loud. The fact, that a day before our check in we were relocated. The place is really nice and comfy, but the fact, that it had to be changed and you don't know in the end what you're doing to get was disturbing. We were on our way with two small children and everything has to be planned and such a relocation because of overbooking is just not professional. Also the fact, that we had to be cancelled via booking so that we could pay in the Apartments direct and not via booking is confusing and irritating.

Parking for our car was a bit further away than we realised. Be careful of tricky ticket machines. Not the fault of the accommodation.

Excellent location in the center of Siracusa's old town. The room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast which could be ordered from a long list of options and was served in the room.

Nothing dramatic, this is a good place to stay at to discover Ortigia - the only points to note: While being well isolated to the outside, you could hear a lot of noise from the inside. The bathroom had a milk glass door, so if someone went to the bathroom at night, it lit up the whole room.

It was a little noisy at night until the cafe downstairs closed for the evening, but that was only until about 10:30 or so, so not too late at all. In the morning there was some construction work on the piazza area that started around 6:00, but clearly not the fault of the B&B, and it’s the trade-off for being in such a central location. The bathroom had a bit of a strong sewer/sulphur smell in the mornings, though not so much at other times of day. The A/C unit in the main bedroom wouldn’t come on after the first day, but that could’ve been user error.

The location was great - central in Ortigia and steps (literally) from cafes, restaurants and pastry shops! Breakfast was very good. A sheet of paper with the options was left in our room each afternoon and we selected what we wanted and the quantity, and the time, and breakfast was delivered on a cart to our room. The room was bright with large windows allowing lots of natural light. we had a 3 person room which was actually 2 rooms plus the bathroom. The main bedroom was spacious and had a closet, table and A/C Heater. The other room had a single bed, a table with 3 chairs, the mini fridge and it’s own A/C and Heater.

Only negative was the shower head was broken.

Great location central with window balconies look over the main square. Air conditioning was so good. Service and breakfast delivered was really nice. Rooms were very clean.

A bit noisy in the night. Piazza cleaning in the early morning quite disturbing. Bathroom needs some refreshment and small repairs.

Our shower over flowed every time we used it so it was not good. But this could easily be fixed.

Amazing location so close to everything and right in the middle of Ortigia. The apartment looks over a pretty Piazza and we had 2 balconies to overlook the square and the busy side street. The room was lovely exaclty like the pictures. Breakfast had lots of options which was served to you at your chosen time in your room. They held onto our bags until we were ready to catch our train at 3pm which was very handy.

The desk person was miffed when we asked for both beds to be made up, yet I code the specifically because it had a second bed.

It’s right in the middle of a lovely piazza of Ortigia. It’s above a restaurant so that could bother some people but I’m a fan of earplugs so iit was fine. If they had found me a silent room I would not have faced the piazza and the beautiful fountain.

Food was amazing, so many options to choose from. Location was ideal - in the middle of the island, 10 minute walk to any point of Ortigia. Comfortable beds.
