Excellent location, few steps from Porta Susa station and the metro line. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and well equipped for a short stay. Rich and quality breakfast. Very useful luggage storage service if you have to leave your luggage for some hour before check-in or after check-out. Definitely recommended for a quick stay in Turin.

Due to windy weather, it got pretty loud at night — the windows were making a big noise. By the morning it got quiet, but it's something worth mentioning.

The room was very spacious, the location was also good — not too far from the centre, not too close to be in the heart of the city. There was everything we needed, and it was clean. Also, they provided a bowl for a dog — thanks!

The shower was very small, the towels, although clean, were a little old and tired. There were no tea/coffee in the room.

The room was very basic but had a great bed and veiw. The breakfast was good, lots on offer.

Hotel without parking, but near the Porta Susa train station, which has numerous parking lots nearby. The walking distance to the tourist attractions is not long, 10-15 minutes.

Wifi didn’t seem to work.

Basic rooms but very clean with mini bar and tv. I needed a family room (which isn’t so easy to find). Very nice breakfast with also eggs and bacon. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Even though it is a 3 star hotel, could use some more attention - kettle and coffee maker in the room, and a warmer touch.

I'm satisfied!

Ours was a short stay so we were just passing through. We had a quiet room with balcony to the courtyard. Very pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Appreciate the scrambled eggs and the tomatoes were outstanding. It was a very walkable area so easy to get to where we wanted to go and to catch our train.

No plug outlets near bed. The room was so big you could have had a couple of comfy chairs to be able to watch TV instead of dining chairs.
