We could not get into the building even though we tried as we were told and a pedestrian even tried to help us when he noticed the difficulty. And then at the second entrance the wire door. We waited till another resident was coming out. The final door to the unit was finally easy to operate. I was worried that we might need to find another place for our stay. And the elevator was a joke you need to walk up with all suitcases to the 1.5 floor and the get off at 2.5 floor and walk down half floor … so I don’t know why elevator since anyway we need to climb one floor with suitcases. The elevator is just a joke and they should be more transparent with that in the description. I possibly won’t book it if I knew it ahead of time.

The unit itself is quite spacious for 4 adults. The personal hygiene supplies are sufficient. Beds are very comfortable, two beds with two bathrooms is just great! The living room has another sofa beds with a huge dinning table. Really nice setting. But the staff wasn’t very helpful.

A very nice location and good stay overall. Shower drain was partially clogged and so didn't drain well and there was an initial sewer smell in the bathroom but this went away after the water ran for a few minutes.

We were welcomed by Patrizia who gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment as well as a great overview of things to see and do. A very warm welcome. Apartment had lots of room and was well equipped. Flavio was very helpful as well regarding any questions we had. Restaurants were within easy walking distance and Colosseum was about a 15 minute walk with taxis and buses almost right outside the door.

We had some stress due to the online check in. There are normal keys, however, and no passwords are needed. There will be somebody to open the door anyway. Another problem was the shower that needed unclogging. Flavio came in action, but the problem was not completely solved. There remained a bad smell.

The space, the nice interior, and the kitchen where you can make plans for the day at the cosy table. We felt immediately at home and received a city map from Patricia who informed us about places to eat all over Rome. The location is easy to reach from Termini station as well.

The air conditioning units were quite loud but we were grateful to have them to fill things down for sleeping.

Great location within walking distance of the Colosseum, 10-15min walk to the Termini train station, and 8min to the Metro. Clean, great room darkening shades for sleeping, well stocked apartment. Responsive & communicative host!

To not charge additionally for the late check-in it is very convenient to make self check-in and ask to leave city tax on the table. One of the toilets doesn't work properly. It was very cold on the first day of arrival, then Flavio fixed the heating and brought us additional blankets.

The location is very convenient. Host Flavio is very friendly and helpful, he waited us at night to give us the key. Apartment is suitable for the family, has 2 bedrooms and sofas in the living room. There is coffee and tea left by the host.

Fantastic location a short walk from the Colosseum. The air conditioning was great and helped to make the apartment a wonderful oasis in hot August. The living room had comfortable couches, and the light in the apartment was wonderful. The street noise was not bad at all! Flavio was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and communicative.

It is a beautiful spacious apartment near the city center and all of Rome’s main attractions. It is clean, tidy, serves all your needs and the host is very kind - he sent us in advance every information we needed, was there on time to welcome us and to explain the key points about the city, and provided us with the basic groceries we would need. All in all, a 10/10 stay!

I wish I could leave 100 or stay there forever:) Apartment is fantastic - large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with a bath and the other with a shower, which is perfect for a big company. The living room was so nice that I decided to sleep there;) It looks almost the same as the Gryffindor's room from the Harry Potter movie, but without a fireplace. The location is just perfect - 5min to Colosseo. Flavio was always in touch. Would definitely stay there again!

Property description was completely inaccurate and living room chairs were in very bad shape. Also thought paying with cash wasn’t convenient (traveling with that amount of cash in pocket can be unsafe). The location wasn’t the best - there were many emergency vehicles at all time of day driving by, and the facility was not as close to amenities than what we’d expected.
