The coffee and juice not good. Very small room, but clean. No need to have a doubble bed in one tiny room, 2.floor. I neaded a table in the room.

The house was clean, but pots/pans, utensils in the kitchen were almost grimy.

Pretty big apartment, with 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen and a terrace. Close to the beach. About 10 min walk from the train station that services Cinque Terre Express.

Not so much a dislike as a recommendation. Our refrigerator, although very nice to have, wasn’t working very well.

The staff were amazing! Owner really cares about her guests. Lovely and charming rooms. Dining area was also lovely with nice white tablecloths on them.

No kettle in the room or anything else to warm something up to drink or eat. Diner included in the (expansive) price of our room and served at the hotel's restaurant/cafeteria in the basement was quite disappointing: small portion and very basic meals. However, the breakfast buffet was good.

the bad coin of being in the city is the noise by the church bell every 15mn, the mattress is really hard and is composed of two pieces preventing to sleep comfortably when 2. the glass,all the jam and honey boxes in the breakfast room are plastic and the dishes are really of low quality.

the location is great close to the center of the city. the staff is friendly and are ready to help change the booking. the hotel is really clean and it was easy to park

The hot water was too hot and could scald if not careful with the adjustment.

All requests and questions to the desk staff were answered and addition valuable suggestions were made. The breakfast attendant went well above the normal in handling my request for lactose free items. the second morning She has all my favorite items on the table waiting for me. Every one was friendly and helpful.

There was no toaster, and the oven was defect. Therefore we could not make warm our breads. The apartment , which we had, is on the first floor, left. Maybe the other apartments of this hotel do not have this problem.

We stayed in the separate apartment across the street. It was so convenient to everything (the beach, the train station, shopping). The apartment is large and has its own kitchen and we were able to save some money by cooking in a couple of times. I would definitely book again!

The rooms are tiny and there is a lot of noise in the rooms… we heard everything every night and every morning … (even when someone coughed, stand up from their bed or others wake up alarm)

No air conditioning, which is a downside during Summers. But overall it's a great apartment.

Hotel Dora was one of our best experiences in Cinque Terre. The apartment was at walking distance from beach and property was spacious, big and comfortable. Also, there is a grocery store right below the apartment which helped us make our stay even more comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave us a special parking in a garage which could be locked and drove our luggage to the apartment. The apartment was very large, clean and located at the middle of the town. In the evening we could even sit outside at the balcony with a fresh breeze in the evening.
