It’s location, it’s close to all the main attraction and the shopping streets, restaurants; the staff is very friendly, the style of the rooms is nice and they are very tidy, spacious and clean with nice touches.

Second time i have stayed at the property. The best bits are: large room size, very clean, good room amenities, great location, great value for money, and the staff are lovely (same general manager twice - who always goes out his way to make sure i have a good stay).

We were above a very popular bar that spilled in to the street and closed at 2 AM every night. Every night. It was very loud.

Very beautiful and spacious rooms. Breakfast delivered every morning. Concierge arranged the airport transportation. We could walk to everything.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We loved the location. I didn't know Florence and we were looking for a place near my daughters university. For some reason this hotel caught my eye. My daughter said we would be near everything in walking distance to most attractions. I would say it was perfect! Our view of Basilica of Santa Croce and hearing the bells was beautiful. The hotel was very charming plus the breakfast room was beautiful. Our room was just the right size and decorated lovely.

Our room overlooked a lively bar, but after a long day walking it had minor affect and did not close super late. Otherwise a quiet spot.

Location is excellent and is positioned off a lovely square with bars for a drink after long time walking. Ideal for walking to the sites. Room is very stylish and reception manned until 9pm. Bed was very very comfortable. Staff very helpful.

This 'family room' had a convertible couch that needs to be replaced; it's passed it's prime for sure but the room otherwise was fantastic.

Lovely rooms that were very spacious, with a full kitchen and dining table. Very good location for walking to all the stops. In five days, we only once took a taxi!

Unfortunately, there was some kind of bar/disco just across the alley from our room which was open until 2am blaring music.

The location is a really easy walk to all the main attractions, and the room was extremely large and comfortable.

One issue that arose on the first night was that the staff failed to mention how to enter the Suite that leads to your room after hours. It was locked and I had no way to get in. After several attempts, someone buzzed me in (I assume that they saw the activity remotely). There are no receptionists on site at night. Also, there were mosquitos in the room and I saw that they had a bug repellant aerator which worked for the most part, but I still got a few bites. Likely the wet weather and rain did not help.

Beautiful building and interior furnishings and the location was excellent. Easy to come and go.

The Hotel is just next to a bar, so very noisy during the weekend.

The hotel is really in the Center of Florence, closed to all main places to visit. Breakfast is very good and the people from the hotel are very kind.
