The one thing I don’t like is the guy that taken care of breakfast line, he doesn’t want to clear the table in front of the window which it has good view… everyone come here to have a great view but why don’t you rush up a bit to clear it to have a better customer satisfaction

The location was great., very close to Bellagio ferry , best way to come here from Milan is by train to Varenna and take ferry to bellagio and the hotel will just be in front of you , the breakfast has enough varieties and have a good taste of croissant

The location was perfect, and the room was restively sizey, very clean rooms, bed was turned back at night a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Our room was beside the bar and a little noisey in the evening time . Also the shower wasn’t properly cleaned , had hairs all over the wall

We stayed at the Hotel du Lac in Bellagio for an anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly reception staff. Whilst we did not have a lake view room, but that did not make any difference as our accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very big for a European hotel room. The hotel's location made it perfect for exploring the town, within a few minutes walk of local bars and restaurants and right opposite the passenger ferry terminal which makes it perfect for exploring other towns and villages in the area.

Amazing property by the lake with very attentive service. The views of the lake are beautiful and the room spacious and comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Italy. The restaurant is also great.

Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the view on the lake from the breakfast room. We would have liked more variety for breakfast. But this does not take away from how pleasant our stay was at Hotel du Lac.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel du Lac. The Staff was very attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. The location was perfect to navigate the lake. The amenities very clean.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Spa was lovely and staff all very helpful. Kiki on the bar was so friendly! Very close to the ferry dock which saved lugging cases up the steps or hill. Fabulous rooftop bar with views across the lake. We had a lake view room which was just perfect.

Remember if you are driving there, be aware of the LTZ, your time of arrival and the potential crowds of people you will have to navigate through to get to the hotel. This is not a criticism just a fact. If you book the parking via the hotel its likely that after you find the hotel, then you have to circle around again through all the people to find the parking garage.

Communication with the hotel in advance of our stay was truly excellent. As we were driving there, we got all the information needed for the LTZ in operation in Bellagio. We organised parking via the hotel which is located a short distance away but easy to find and access. Super friendly reception staff. The location of the hotel is incredible, right on the waters edge opposite the ferry terminal. Ditch the car when you get there, you don't need it anymore for Bellagio. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast overlooking the lake - what more could you ask for. The rooftop bar opened at 1730, perfect time for a few sundowners, overlooking the lake - stunning. We didn't use the spa facilities purely because of our short stay. Seems like a family run business, and all were super friendly. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Hotel Du Lac & Spa in Bellagio for one night. We were so sad to leave as it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in all of Europe and across the world. I travelled to Lake Como to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my sisters. Bellagio is the nicest place in all of the lake and the hotel went above and beyond for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with white, crisp linen. Rooms are so clean and have all of the necessary amenities including soft towels, robes and slippers. Rooms had a mini bar with great variety and were all so affordable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing with great variety. Definitely opt for including breakfast, it was so tasty with a great variety. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond for us. They gave us great recommendations for the area and other areas on the lake. it is a hotel with great character and amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the station and near other amazing restaurants. You will not regret choosing this as your hotel.

Two things: I thought we had booked a room with a garden view (maybe not). We had a view of the building next door. The restaurant was rather mediocre. We sat down and were ignored by every wait person who walked by. I finally got up and grabbed menus. Another waiter walked by without even acknowledging me. I asked if we could get some service. He said yes, came by a minute later, and asked us what we would like. I told him the first thing I would like is for him to remove the dirty plates from the previous customers. I ordered the lasagna. While the taste was good, it was not hot.

The hotel was beautiful, well managed, very clean, helpful staff,and the room was very comfortable.

I know that many Italians smoke. But, it shouldn't be allowed at the inside or outside restaurants. It's difficult to enjoy a good meal when a cigarette or cigar is being lit at the next table.

The parking it's an issue, but it's an issue for everyone in Bellagio. We were lucky found a parking spot on a road in the hill five minutes away. They offer a parking service but it's expensive though.

The hotel has the best location in Bellagio. The views to the lake are awesome. The hotel personnel are very professional, nice and helpful. The restaurant has an outstanding view to the lake. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and abundant. Bedrooms are nice, clean, comfy and beds are good. The hotel has Spa services. All the restaurant and little shops are at a walking distance.

Overall a great experience and we did not find anything lacking at this property.

Fantastic location with a great view of the lake and the mountains. Daniele and his team of staff were always ready with a smile to attend to any of our requests. Well furnished rooms, comfortable mattress, brand new furniture, adequate lighting, excellent quality toiletries. A special emphasis by the management on cleanliness and housekeeping. A big spread at the breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
