Once I order the breakfast in the room they don’t understand what i want and they give me to much food we don’t eat it ! And they don’t tell me the price before i order! There are many insects in the resort The service for the laundry it very expensive No free water

Nothing,absolutely nothing.This hotel is unique.

It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Breakfast and dinner were good but i would recommend to make interior of restaurant more cozy as for dinner had a feeling that we are still on breakfast ;) maybe work with light or table decore

There was a Porche dealership event going on during our stay, which we were unaware of. Didn't ruin our stay but they seemed to be everywhere. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known this.

The entire property is so beautiful and the amenities are great. There is clear signage as to where everything is at, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. It was such a wonderful stay!

Overall breakfast was good but the pastries were stale and fell below the standard set by the rest of the offerings.

Just little things - The bedrooms could use some extra hooks for those who want to keep their towels separate. The kitchenette would benefit from a non-stick pan. An extra indoor mat would help to keep the beautiful white floors clean.

Updated room with a beautiful view located within walking distance to the lake, the town, the supermarket and the sailing club. Comfy beds. Modern and clean feel to the whole hotel. Indoor pool was great for the kids esp in the off season. Absolutely stunning setting. Very friendly staff.

Perfect hotel with super wonderful location. Beautiful beach and opposite with shopping plaza. Clean room, well facility., perfect staffs. We love all thing here. We will come again for sure. Elsa from spa area and a man from restuarant are very kind and enthusiastic to take care.

The hotel is great, beautiful big territory, very calm and relaxing. Room was new and clean, breakfast was with a huge selection plus the waiters were very friendly and nice. Was my second time in the hotel, would love to return!

The only thing I’d add - glass cups instead of plastic disposable cups for tea in the room.

Location is quiet but close to the center and to the lake. Territory has lots of greens and great to walk there. Breakfast has everything you ever need to eat in the morning:) even champagne though I don’t drink in the morning.

Location is amazing. This hotel has personal park, lake is at the end of hotel territory. You can find easily were to eat as many restaurants and bars are in walking distance
