The town in itself we found hard to find many things to do and eat. Room had not a great shower head

The hotel was very cute and old school. The pool was just amazing, however couldn’t get the sauna to work. The restaurant connected had a great dinner.

Room was small in attic room, low windows meaning no sea view unless sitting on the bed. However it was fairly and accurately described before booking, so we were not disappointed. The hotel would have other rooms on lower floors without this issue.

Good location. Room was as expected and had ac which was important. Roof pool is more of a plunge pool, but very pleasant if you can be up there alone. Parking is close enough given how busy the town is. Ferry to Bellagio very close and well worth a visit.

Good location . Unfortunately it was very noisy on our first night due to couple in next room returning to hotel about 1.00 am talking loudly then showering and generally very noisy.

The cleaners were very noisy from 7.30 outside our room and made it impossible to have a lie in. Breakfast was pretty dull as it was the same everyday and no choice available.

I liked the infinity pool even though it was quite small as it had a great view and jacuzzi feature. The location was fantastic and we could sit on our balcony and enjoy the atmosphere on the square.

There was not even tea/coffee or a bottle of water in the room. Every time someone of the above floors flushed the toilet, you could hear it in the room. Overall, they can make a bit more of an effort.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the ferry and bus stands. The hotel itself is very charming and the rooms are nice. Decent restaurant.

Everything was great

Beautiful small hotel at the edge of Lake Como. Lovely room decorated in traditional style, very elegant. Well appointed bathroom. We had a corner room with one window overlooking the lake and the other looking at the mountain. Room was very clean. Lovely café on ground floor with delicious pastries and coffee has large windows overlooking the lake. The staff was very friendly. Hotel is a few blocks from ferry stop that takes you to other towns around the lake. Menaggio is peaceful and easy to walk. Definitely recommend staying here.
