Florence is a walking city so be ready to walk.

The location was not really the one shown in booking.com, you will have to look carefully which location they assign you. I didn’t know about this fact and was assigned one that is a bit further away. But the host had vacant property and were able to accommodate us with another property that is in much better location. Was overall happy about the outcome but there was a lesson learned here. Booking.com is not that clear

The house is comfortable and clean with good view out side of the window. The kitchen is fully equipped, we enjoyed preparing food in the morning. We had a good stay in Florence.

Funky elevator but a great adventure riding in it- a blast from the past

Unfortunately we had problems with internet. From our 6 days trip only 2 days we had internet. The host tried his best to solve this issue at his best.

We booked 2 apartments next to each other. The kids took the apartment with a balcony which they enjoyed. We loved the aparment with the rooms. Everything you need is there. Washer / dryer is not on the list of things in the apartment. The apartment has is. The aircons were also very nice to come home to after the heat outside.

One should be aware that there is only a very small elevator and the stairs are are quite narrow. However, this is not unusual in cities like Florence, if you want to stay in the city center. Having a baby with carriage is a good daily exercise ;-)

The apartment is very central - perfect location to explore the city centre. The rooms, incl. bathrooms, kitchen etc. are comfortable and well maintained. The check in worked very well and all logistics, incl. questions had been no problem. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and can recommend it.

If I had to say anything it would be that apartment as right up on the top floor and only a tiny cramped lift - so not great for anyone with restricted mobility/claustrophobia. However it wasn't an issue for us other than it was a trek after a very hot day in summer.

Only suggestion is the shower needs a new shower head.

The perfect location!!! Also, we had car trouble and didn’t arrive until 2am. The gentleman who met us with the keys went way above and beyond!! The apartment was very clean and well-equipt.

A beautiful and authentic location in the heart of Florence with an school italian feel. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and fantastic stay. Even has a rooftop patio with views of the city skyline. Doesn’t get much better than this.

Elevator to the 2nd floor is rally old and the baby stroller did not fit in, so it was hard to go out at the evening after baby falls asleap (we had to pick him up to go down the elevator). The appartment is in a ZTL zone so if you come with a car the nearest parking is a bit far away.

The communication with the hosts was very good before our arrival and when we got there. Dennis gave us a tour arround the appartment and explained everything and there was also a book of intstructions. The appartment was very spacious and very well equipt with cooking gear and everything you need. We came with a one year old baby and they arranged a baby cot for us which was perfect. The location is close by to Florence center which was convinient.

Location of this apartment is perfect. It's located in the heart ot the old town. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped, with all the esentials you need, and we even got complimentary breakfast. Check in and check out went smooth and easy with Dimitris help. Parking is not owned by the same agency but it is well organised and close to the apartment. Would recommend.

We had a serious problem with shower. The water was really HOT, we got burned. We didn't mention it, since it was a short stay and we just spent time to sleep in the apartment. Also, i think the matresses need to be changed.

Excellect location, just a few steps from the cathedral & train station. Fully equipped kitchen. Pretty easy to find the apartment & the host was waiting for us to welcome & familiarise with everything.

Excellent location, the possibility to park the car nearby. We even had some food for breakfast, coffee and jam; the smart tv has netflix. Check out very smooth, self made. Excellent trattoria recomandations by Dimitri.

not about the property but the neighbourhood can be quite quiet at night, may seem dangerous, but we walked around and it is ok.

it is quiet, spacious and not so far from the city center, they have everything you need inside the room.
