Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉A little difficult at times to go to the main town from the marina unless you have a car. Do double check that the local bus is actually running. We got caught out a few times as the bus appeared to be running and did not arrive as per the timetable and in fact it finishes at 8pm each night.
눇All the local restaurants and bars in the marina close to the hotel are excellent. We met some lovely new friends who are locals and the hotel itself could have not have been more welcoming.

눉Long way up to the town, bus tickets need to be purchased before you ride, the steps up to Vico are a killer, use the bus!
눇Staff very friendly, other guests were mainly Italian or French.most staff had basic English but made a good effort to communicate, even wanting to learn more English.Google translate was handy when the air-condition broke, and was fixed v quickly. The air-condition is brilliant the difference on the odd occasion when we turned it off was overwhelming, sooo hot! The first day we asked for tea, they didn't have any, but by breakfast the next day they had tea for us! The breakfast was great plenty of choice on the continental breakfast and new things each day. The room was large enough and the beds were comfortable and room was cleaned everyday, the balcony was lovely shaded by an olive tree. From the pool is a view of the sea, it was like having your own pool as hardly anyone used it, the depth wasn't too deep and was constant. The marina where the hotel was situated was idilic with reasonable and tasty restaurants. There is a bus for 1 euro pp up to the town, and steps back down. Definitely get the bus to Aqua Marina from next to the station down with bags if arriving by train on the first day.excellent base for exploring, we went to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento and caught the 8am ferry from the end of the marina dock to Capri ( much cheaper than the chartered trips). Overall comfortable friendly hotel, set up a bit like a home rather than an impersonal hotel.

눉Walk uphill to Circumvesuviana (which takes you to Naples, Pompei, Herculanum or Sorrento) - 15 minutes on a road with no pavement or 20-25 minutes on stairs and a road with payment and nice views. In the summer there should be a local bus, but in April there was no other option than walking or a car.
눇Everything was excellent: the room, hotel interiors, breakfast. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was nice and spoke English. The hotel is 50 metres to the seaside and 200-300 minutes to a few restaurants and bars and 100 more metres to a ferry (only once a day) to Capri Island and Sorrento.

눉The card machine at checkout didn't work so we had to scrape together cash to pay our bill, as we had to go to the airport early am. It was lucky one of our party was leaving later so could get the remainder of the cash owed as we had no time to do it. The man behind the counter was very friendly but no English, so it was difficult to explain everything to him. Fortunately our taxi driver could.
눇Rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. it was a bit of a hike to get into town, but worth it to be by the sea. I liked it.

눉No minibar in the room. Vico Equense gets very crowded during weekends. There are occasional trafic jams on a narrow and steep streets which leads to the beach.

눉The hotel is at the bottom of at least 600 steps from the town and between September and June there is no bus or other travel arrangements. If your carrying luggage this is a lot of effort.
눇Being close to the sea and a few resteraunts. Has once per day ferry to Capri and to Naples late in the afternoon.

눇The staff is concentrated on the guests' wellbeing wholehartedly. The location is absolutely gorgeous, it has comfortable parking, many facilities, it's very close to the sea, beach and restaurants. It takes a 15 minute walk, mostly with stairs to the centre od Vico Equense but it's one of the attractions of this spot as it's a nice exercise and the views are excellent on the way. You don't go to Italy to expect escalators :-) A place with good prospects for the future

눉Had to change the room during the stay, because of this we got one dinner for free, did not taste good (how can a fish be prepared so bad, ...). Hair-dryer unpossible to use, switched on an off all the time by itself. Take a shower and the whole floor is full of water. Was not possible to close bathroom-door. Room door so thin, you hear everything from outside so loud that you think it is in your room. "double bed" was actually two unfixed single beds on roles-horrible. Wlan did not work at all. Hotel staff is used to have italian guests...no comment.
눇Nice hotel-pool for free. Full equiped kittchenette in an arpartement.

눇Eden Bleu was in a great location, close to the harbour, lots of great restaurants and bars and the beach (if you like Italian beaches in August...) The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and although our room was basic, it was cleaned every day. The pool was fab and kept our boys very happy! Great value.

눉Our apartment was with not so good connection to internet, but it was the littest thing. And the fridge was really small. Without car is quite far to city center.
눇Personal was amazing, position perfect and our apartment comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Near to the sea, near to the Vesuv and Pompei.

눉Staff can't speak english. I have arived at 8.30 AM to the breakfast and nothing remained. It was quite cold in this hotel and there was no possibility to heat the room. No TV-remote control in the room. They didn't accept credit cards! Hotel is pure horror! Avoid!!!
