Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The surrounding area was full of panhandling and homeless which is not the fault of the hotel.

Without the possibility of breakfast.
Next to central train station (Garibaldi), metro station and Alibus stop (shuttle to/from airport). Helpful and kind receptionist.

Althought the location was close to the railway station , it was dangerous and have to go with caution, especially in the night. In the bathroom, there was a nail on the floor to stop the door hiting the wall. If you dont pay attention, you can step on it. So, be careful.
The hotel was actually good. The bathroom was clean.It had soap,towells etc. The bed was comfy. The staff was kind and helpfull. They let me leave my luggage when i checked out.

Wifi was awful in room. Shower in bath. Water took a while to heat up. Bit noisy at times as window onto street. There is a curtain rail but no curtain. Ok for overnight stay as long as you have mobile data
Hotel close to Naples Railway station. About 1 min walk. Reception seems to be open 24 hours with different staff on call. Room good size. Room 102. Bed ok.

Bathroom has lots of mould. There was a half-smoked cigarette on the wondow sill. The air-con doesn't work properly - changing the temperature does nothing. The safe is held on to the wall with 2 small screws - it could easily be pulled off the wall. The lighting is very poor in the room. The TV has only Italian channels. Pillows are very basic. Room needs redecorating - it's very shabby. The hotel is only 2 stars.
The location is very central, close to the transport hub. There was hot water which was great for showers. In fact the water was too hot. There's a very modern glass lift (the only modern item in the hotel)

Pillows were not comfortable for me but this is completely subjective thing.
Actually, everything was ok but I couldn't have the window open during the night because of the noise from outside, but the room had aircondition so this is not the problem for those who like sleeping with aircondition on. I don't, but in the middle of the night I had to turn it on becuase I couldn't breath otherwise. Everything was all right, nice and big room and big bathroom. All you need is there.

Whenever I have to stay over in Naples I always stay here because of its perfect location for getting about. The Central train station, busses, trams, taxis and the underground are all literally a stone's throw away. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. It goes without saying that I take prices into consideration of course, and Hotel Eden is very competitive in that respect - particularly considering its central location. No meals are available on the premises but there are endless eateries in the direct vicinity to suit all budgets.

There was no tea or coffee in the room which would have been really good. Also small things like no toilet paper and a broken hair dryer, both were sorted quickly.
