The hotel location was great - tucked away down a quiet street but still within a short 3 minute walk of the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the harbour front.

I liked everything!

I loved the location - SO Central yet a quiet oasis once you enter the grounds! I also loved the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable room and especially the beautiful garden out the front with the incredible smell of orange blossoms and oranges and lemons.

Did not want to leave. A lovely family run hotel with extremely friendly staff who make you feel at home. Newly refurbished rooms that were cleaned daily. Ideally located near the bus and train station, 15 min walk from the ferry and next to the main shopping area.

Everyday, there were issues with water supply. You go to wash your hands, take a shower or brush your teeth, and it is 50/50 that there is water. Even when there is supply, the pressure may not be adequate. The breakfast can at times be farcical. Breakfast ends at 10am and yet, even at 9am, there may not be anything left to eat.

The location is superb. The views of the sea and Vesuvius are breathtaking. Proximity to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and places of interest, is excellent.

Stayed in the new block. Shower leaked onto floor and into bedroom. Plenty of towels to mop up though !! Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in room.

The room is definitely small and basic. But the price is right. So it's perfect.

The children's play equipment is not at all maintained and it's one of the reasons we stay, so that my son can play in the garden. We've stayed 3 years in a row and this year he couldn't use the play equipment at all as it was so deteriorated and not cleaned. Parts of the grounds and ancillary buildings are very neglected. Improving these things would make it ideal for us.

Parking onsite which is super helpful in Sorrento. Walking distance to everything and the pool always has some shade even at midday. Rooms are clean. Good access for anyone with limited mobility or parents with prams as the entrances to the main Street etc are flat and there is a lift. This is hard to find on the peninsular/costiera.

Nothing as it met all of our expectations. Apart from tea or coffee making facilities but that's my personal preference and I just bought a travel kettle with me having been aware there wasnt any. .

Excellent location as could cut through to the main street. Near the main train station, all of the shops and restaurants but set back so not noisy. Liked having a patio. Helpful having a fridge in the room. The included breakfast was good for what we needed and set us up for the day. Plenty to eat. The room was lovely with good storage space for clothes. We were very happy with our stay here, it was a great base for exploring the area of Italy. Thank you Hotel Eden.

The room was in a completely new part of the hotel and there were problems. The ceiling in bathroom was licking much water when air condition was working. There were not any accessories in bathroom to hang towels, soap or toilet paper. Not any phone communication with reception. For sure its easy to fix all these

Breakfast: - The breakfast room looked very cheap with all tables covered in heavy plastic over the table cloths - The waiter made a lot of noise when cleaning up the tables, even when standing right next to the guests - Unfortunately the fresh fruit available on the buffet was of terrible quality (bruised and old), surprising in a region where beautiful fresh fruit is sold on every street corner

Location: very good, central but quiet Room: We had room 404, which had a nice view over the sea towards Naples and Vesuvius. It was renovated and clean.

One of the main reasons we booked was because it had a pool, we love a morning swim before venturing out. Pool was not full and we were told 'soon'.

Our room had two single beds instead of one queen sized bed. The breakfast was ok. It could have more healthier options. Very stingy with toiletries ie shampoo, soap, etc. No available water bottles in the room. The hotel has really thin walls and can hear other people talking in the other rooms. No other facilities in the hotel other than a bar.

The location was very central!! So easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that was a negative for us is that the walls are thin - you can hear everything from the neighboring room. But if there is no one staying next to you then it is very quiet.

Great location to Piazza Tasso and train station. Within walking distance of everything. Easy check-in, delicious breakfast was included, and Michael was extremely helpful during our stay. The rooms and hotel are spotless, and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was "adequate" and it could be a bit noisy at night from people going to and from their rooms especially with cases rolling over the marbel floor. There was no noise from outside

The hotel is perfectly placed and central to Sorrento. It is a short walk to the train station and perfect for access to the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy

When we arrived and after we checked in. Kids went to pool area And my husband sat with them we ordered a large beer and a pizza.. but when they arrived the large beer was in a big glass in the shape of a boot about 3 litres of beer and cost 20 euro.. I think they were trying to be funny but just be aware when ordering a beer a large is ridiculous and a medium is still very big. Also food was poor. Breakfast was just average. And the waiter seemd like he would rather be anywhere else but there. Didn't even as much as respond when taking Dishes off my table when I said thank u.

Close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful There is a restaurant right behind the hotel immediately on your left as you leave the hotel very reasonably priced and really nice food.
