The first impression is deceptive: although located in a tall, unattractive block of flats, the room is extremely comfortable. The owners were very friendly, I even got scrambled eggs and cheese for breakfast. The accommodation is located outside the city and is ideal if you want to avoid the city centre by car. Free parking on the street. The bus connection to the city centre is very convenient.

A very nice B&B to stay in Cagliari. The room was clean and comfortable, and so were the beds. Wi-fi works great ! The supermarket is right around the corner. The bus stops are also very close. Great location! The owners are really nice and they prepare delicious breakfast. The fridge, hairdryer, air - condition in the room - all works perfectly! We enjoyed our stay. Totally recommended

Elias and Manuela are very nice. They gave a lot of good advice for places to visit. The breakfast time was very nice as we get to hang out with them during the meal and they are preparing things for you on the spot. Elias speaks english very well, making communication easier

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of place is exceptional! Location was good if you want to be between beaches and town. The proximity of the shop and restaurant and bus stops is very convenient. Breakfasts with good selection and great quality of food.

Access to the accommodation was a bit complicated and we needed to have several keys for different doors but it was not a massive problem once we figured out which key for which door.

The hosts communicated well and were very hospitable. The room was spacious and even had a separate dressing area. Location was good with easy access to local facilities and transport links. Manuela was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and really good. Parking was available on site and was secure.

Bit isolated, 3.5km from city center, and only one bar nearby - this is residential area.

Nice place, nice hosts, good breakfast, closed parking available. Room with big balcony. Supermarket open 24/7 across the street. Quiet place (excluding match time, football stadium nearby :-) )

Perfectly clean room, everything is as in the photos. Location is very good - easy to reach the city centre as well as the beach by foot or by bus. Manuela & Enrico are just incredibly welcoming hosts, easy to communicate even though I didn't know any Italian. Also super extensive breakfast provided. Absolute 10/10, can recommend this to everyone who visits Cagliari!

Wonderful couple, Manuela and Enrico, made our stay extremely confortable and went the extra mile to make everything just perfect. Delicious breakfast, with all the the things we like - specially the vegetable milk that they got just for us; great location, with a supermarket, an amazing place for pizzas and two bus stops to everywhere in Cagliari nearby, this was the absolute perfect stay.

I have to say, I am so impressed. The B&B is extremely well located, extremely clean and just very comfortable. They made sure to tidy and clean it after every day but above all, I have to say that the hospitality and the breakfast was really over the top. Elia was always available at anytime and always ready to serve more food for breakfast. I felt spoilt! Also, she allowed me to keep my luggage after checkout for as long as I needed and the payment methods are easy and modern. If you are expecting to use the buses, they are literally at your door step with the supermarket too and the beach at a distance of 10 minutes. Cannot recommend this B&B more! Excellent!! 5*

You could hear (and be heard) the other customers in their rooms, but this issue did not affect our sleeping times.

The room was very comfortable, and it is part of an apartment nicely converted in a very clean and beatufully decorated B&B. Manuela, the host, has been very kind all the times, providings many useful info about where to go for dinner, place to visit, and best routes to get to them. She cleaned and tidied up the room all the mornings (not all the B&Bs provide this service). SHe has been very welcoming and let us felt as at home. The breakfasts were delicious with recently-done croissants (a part all the rest...). The area is calm and the rest close to both the beach area and the centre.

My stay in Bb Elias was really comfy, location is super (centre 10 min with bus , market 3 min, beach 10 min with bus you can also walk then it is like 25 min depends on walk, but I took everyday daily bus ticket (around 3 euro) so I was more flexible to move. There is every 10 min a bus going to the beach or centre so moving was really easy. Rooms are total clean, there is a really nice smell in the entrance welcoming you every time which I find extra sweet. Thank you for the friendly experience!
