The suite we received was rather dark, and we had troubles finding out how to properly set the air conditioning to heating mode (we travelled in March). Unfortunately the cleaning staff broke one of my wife's cosmetics during cleaning, which we had to find out ourselves. After complaining at the reception, we received a 30 EUR discount.

Very good breakfast with Italian specialities, great coffee, good variety. Nice interior in the hotel. There was a business conference in the facitlity when we arrived and thus we received a suite instead of a standard room, which was a nice gesture from the staff. The suite was equipped with a cool jacuzzi :)

Only issue for us were the pillows that could have been softer but a personal preference.

Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and excellent quality. Hot and cold options with egg dishes made to your preference. One of best hotel breakfasts I have had and lots of healthy options, service was excellent too, staff always happy to help. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Shower was excellent and room always clean and perfect each day. Photos of hotel didn't do it justice as beautifully decorated and comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. Reception staff always happy to help.

There was a party for youngsters held in the garden room which was below our room & the music was so load that we couldn’t sleep. Although they turned the music down at 10.30 the party continued until midnight.

We booked a room for 3- Our room allocated was a double room with an extra bed in the end no room to move and so warm. When I complained to reception they dealt with it swiftly and upgraded us to a better room . We genuinely could not have managed in the original room but were delighted with the knew room. Breakfast was also well worth the money very enjoyable.

The room was nice but there was a leakage in the bathtub so when I took a shower, the water was everywhere. I also expected SPA to be bigger. I paid for a room with SPA entry and I wasn´t satisfied with just a jakuzzi and one steam sauna. I am used to better equipted SPAs.

The location of the facility was great- near tram stop, so this was very convenient. I also liked the range of food for breakfast- hotel even served english breakfast. Room was very clean with big TV screen and beautiful furniture. I have also paid for a relaxing massage and it was indeed relaxing.

The fitness room in the basement is a bit dark. There is a sauna but one has to pay extra for it.

Could hear footsteps quite a bit but was manageable. Would suggest maybe different types of curtains as when it’s sunny the room lights up quite a bit in the morning. And hope to see the care package that is coming soon I think that would be lovely.

The hotel was very pleasing to the eye! Was beautiful. Liked how attentive the staff were all the time. We called 2 times to use the iron and no matter what time we called they took no less than 5 minutes to bring it to the room!

Very noisy cleaning of rooms around. It seems like someone is fighting :) If you want to sleep longer, it would be a challenge for you. I asked not to be disturbed and twice room service knocked on my door to clean. It was weird. But the cleaning was of very high quality

The hotel restaurant isn´t bad but, compared with the local offers. It felt expensive.

Very comfy beds. Going downtown you can use the tram line, that runs right through the street where the hotel is. The friendly staff provided us with directions to an Osteria where we ate delicious food. The garage is tight but it wasn´t an issue. It was great to leave our bags inside the hotel without the street traffic stress.

No major issues, our air conditioning unit was not very strong, and since we had a road-facing room, there was some traffic noise with the window open, but nothing unmanageable. Detergent used for the bedding is very strong, so if you have sensitive skin (like me) then can cause irritation - typically means a high bleach content in my experience.

Stylish lobby and bar area with well thought out design and little touches like reading material and chilled fruit infused water for use. Room was comfortable and chic, well equipped, and we were able to get things that weren’t already in the room with ease - staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the top end of Sempione so is a little bit further than the centre but we found it to be super convenient for walking to different neighbourhoods (particularly Bullona, Chinatown and Brera) for breakfast and street food - do not skip Chinatown!
