Room size too small for 3 adults paid No AC in room

The sraff was amazing helpful and friendly. The room was very very small ( for 3 adults i paid) no space for even the luggage No A/c in the room they told me it was a rome city regulation that only allows ac during summer and all my friends in other hotels got AC . I got two very very hot days in rome in spring and they offered me fans but no way ac it was blocked. Brekfast was ok different options but i am gluten free and for me was very limited too many pastries

Wall with the next room’s bathroom was paper thin. Would listen to neighbor’s shower concert every day. We only got 1 pair of slippers and dental kit, which was a bit weird, because the rest were 2 each. Some dust around the bed, wasn’t ideally clean Room is small City tax was probably the most I’ve ever paid before, be aware

Good spot, walking distance from the Colosseum; metro is around the corner. Comfy beds, large bathroom. Breakfast was ok when staying a few days, would get boring staying longer

One night we could hear a couple fighting in the middle of the night and it woke us up. We heard yelling and screaming and we couldn't sleep. Also, the bed is way too short and you can't adjust the air condition in your room.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the staff was polite and the location was ok.

The location was great, just a short 5 min walk from the Colosseum, great cafes and bars nearby. Quite area for sleeping. Room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great, set us up for the day. The staff were all polite, smiling and helpful and spoke English very well.

The room was very small wothhardly space for the bed considering the price. The hotel didn't have adapter s for charging phone and laptop. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Location is 10 mins from Colleseum and metro. Breakfast spread was good.

The breakfast on offer was great! Central location close to colosseum - staff very helpful. Aircon worked great for the hot days in rome. Quite close to all your iconic venues

Staff did not believe us that aircondition was not working, they insisted that we don't know how to use it, for 2 nights we slept in room that was super hot (during a heat wave in July), after 2 days they said that is not working and gave us another room. Just a feeling that they underestimated us, rejecting a fact that there is a problem.. no appologies that they were wrong..

The beds were so uncomfortable, the noise from the school/ sports center behind the hotel was unbearable. The property was not in walking location to most attractions

Design of room was not great. No Air conditioning until end of May. Bathroom is terrible, no counterspace to put bathing items on counter. Shower is large tub with hand held, water all over the floor, no vent fan in ceiling. Window opening for ventilation is wide open or closed (security issue). No ice available for guest in hotel. No computer for guest usage.

The staff was very good. Breakfast was good. Within walking distance to a lot of Restaurants and historic locations.
