I chose the upgraded room with a “terrace” which turned out to be a small balcony on the Main Street. It was not worth the extra money.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, fluffy towels and bathrobe. The room was quiet.

Hotel was in an excellent location, rooms were clean and there was lots of space. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore northern Rome. Staff was super friendly and helpful (taxis, recommendations, etc). Breakfast was delicious and Dolly (the breakfast attendant) is cheerful and brings a wonderful start to the day.

The hair dryer was one of these horrible installed-in-the-wall things, made worse by a button that must be pressed at all times to keep the dryer on, made even worse by a very short coiled cord that resisted stretching and installation about 14-16 inches (35-40 cm) from the mirror. Whoever designed and installed this hair dryer never talked to a person who uses a hair dryer. There is no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror anywhere else, so you can't avoid the problem by bringing your own. It's just inexplicable why hotels inflict these on us because no one leaves their hotel room with the hair dryer on, and if the hotel provides a normal dryer and a guest leaves with it, the hotel can just charge the guest double the price of the dryer (just as hotels do with their bathrobes). I will not stay in a hotel if I know it inflicts this type of hair dryer on the guests, so I won't be staying here again.

This room was very spacious by European hotel standards, and so were the bathroom and the balcony. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I had two repair issues in the room which were both fixed very quickly. The HVAC worked well. There was a small fridge and an electric kettle, both of which are important to me. The staff were personable and competent. This location was great for me because it was very near the home of a friend I was visiting, but it is either a long walk (about 45 minutes) or a tram ride to get to Piazza del Popolo, so probably would not work for everyone.

Every time I took shower, the floor around the bathtub got all wet despite the fact that I made sure the shower head faced the bathtub enclosure with glass half wall. There was no hanging hook on the wall or door inside the bathroom.

Friendly staff at reception Cozy snd warm ambience of the restaurant for breakfast and wholeheartedly prepared food although I woud prefer some salad or cooked vegetables added.

Nothing - it was the perfect place!

Breakfast was fantastic each morning ! The roof top cafe is a treasure! The shower was great - good water pressure and nice and hot! Our room had plenty of space and a cute little balcony!

loction was not very close to the city center, however the neighbourhood was good, pontemilvio itsellf is a place to explore, there were nice bars and restaurants nearby. the bus top also was very very close to the hotel.

if you arrive late at night there isn’t a way to get food but other than that everything was really good.

The room was clean, and spacious. Our balcony (room 108) had a really nice view of the main street and the church. The receptionists were really kind and helpful (helping with directions, attractions etc.). The locations is a chill suburban area, with delicious breakfast places, restaurants (even at night as well). With public transport, you can reach the inner city in 30 mins.

Not a huge problem but I could hear the people in the next room early hours in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent, very traditional and the view is very nice. Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Short walk to Stadio Olimpico and the restaurants and cafes close by were very good. This is a vintage style hotel which should be expected in Rome.
