The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean. I did appreciate my stay, I actually extended my stay there for a few more days. Also the hotel is one block away From Roma termini station.

The reception is not staffed all the time and was quite pushy about a specific check in time.

The lift was very old and creepy. It could not hold barely one person and his luggage and the hotel is situated on the second floor.

This budget hotel offered us a small room with two single beds together with a small bathroom. Towels and toiletries as well as maid service was provided daily. The location is good as it is a couple of meters away from Termini Station as well as other food and service outlets.

There are a few things that can be improved 1. The reception is not always open, so we really need to tell the exact time when we could check in. 2. The room has a weird smell, maybe some roomfreshner could help. 3. The toilet was broken, it was not able to flush properly even if you pressed the button multiple times, and there was no one on the reception to whom u could complain.

The location is good with respect to the price, the room was clean, the staff was friendly.

We rent a room with a shared bathroom. The location is great, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff friendly and helpful.

The toilet constantly has a noticeable sewage odor. The shower head needs to be replaced as it does not let water through, making it difficult to shower.

The hotel is located near Termini, making it easy to reach all the places in Rome. The furniture is not new, but the room is neat and spacious enough. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Very noisy outside even at night. Some dodgy people at night in the streets cause close to the train station.

The shower needs a dish to hold your soap ! And more toiletries should be provided . At least a mini shampoo and conditioner also .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect. I liked the large comfortable bed, everything was clean and the refrigerator was an added bonus. Expensive but I guess you pay for the location .

For what I used it for it was fine but there weren't really any facilities. It was old and not luxurious. No airco, there was a fan( old but worked well but made quite a bit of noise)

The location was perfect for me, really close to the train station and easy access to everywhere else really. There was no restaurant in the hotel but that didn't matter as you could walk out your door and eat at the restaurant on the other side of the road. The supermarket was also close by. The bed was comfortable.

A few parts of the room were literally broken.

Decent, comfortable room. The location is quite good as you can move quickly through the city with public transport, though the neighbourhood is not the best. The shared bathroom was fine.
