Our room was a little too warm at night. Breakfast at euro 35 is quite pricey.

Andrea and the front desk team were very helpful and welcoming. Good advice and recommendations. Umbrellas readily available for the unexpected rain. Our room cleaner did a very good job as well. Great location in the centre of Florence. Overall we had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed Hotel Number Nine. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect, central but quiet, 3-5 min to any of the Florence landmarks! Really fantastic! The personal is very friendly, polite and professional. The ambience is nice, interiors are amazing. The room was big and qiuet, bed was perfect, the room equipment works properly. Highly recommend to all!

Lack of tempreture control in the room,

This is an exellent hotel, the staff are friendly and helpfull at all times. the location is just great right in the middle of the city, everything can be reached on foot. The room is of very high standards and very spacious, unfortunatly what let it down was that we had no control of the airconditioning (temperature set by hotel) under the pretext of enviorment protection, somthing which we did't expect at this level. Very clean and decorated to high standards.

The location of the property is great - within walking distance to all the important sites. The staff was very helpful, provided us w/ umbrellas, an excellent tour guide and great recommendations.

Nothing, maybe the room lacked some lighting during the night but it was really beautiful and spacious.

We did have a problem with the lights when we plugged our device chargers in, which tripped the breakers in the room, but this was quickly resolved.

We loved the spa facilities, which we used every day during our stay to recover from the walking around Florence. The included breakfast was also fantastic.

There is one issue with car even I pay more for the hotel valid they told me 10 minutes to bring the car when I ask for it they say it will take 45 minutes??!

Amazing location, right in the heart of Florence. The rooms are beautiful and cleanliness is first class. The facilities are perfect, just what you need and the decor is beautiful and eclectic. Finally, the staff. This hotel is blessed with the most helpful and courteous staff I have ever personally met at a hotel (and I have visited many countries and hotels).

Everything was done exceptionally well in our eyes, not need for improvement.

It seemed the staff were waiting for us when we arrived in the taxi after dropping off our rental car in another part of Firenze. They immediatly took charge settling us down in the lobby with a prosecco and cappuchino while we completed the registration information. We were explained the procedures, taken to our room, and later the porter delivered our bags. The woman who worked the bar in the evening was absolutely excellent and the staff as a whole did better than expected. You earned your five stars with us and we'll stay there again on our next Firenze visit.

Many places include breakfast in the cost of the room. Breakfast here was very expensive. Probably could have stayed at a B&B cheaper and had as good an experience.

The room was quite big and beautifully decorated. Very well located within walking distance to everything. Took a train to the airport to rent a car and drive to Tuscany.

It was excellent!

Our rooms were connected and large. We had more than enough space! The breakfast was great, and staff was so nice. There was an amazing gym, and pool table room which we enjoyed having drinks at before dinner in the evening. The location is within walking distance to everything, very busy and lots around .
