The room could have been more spacious for the price.

Our room was located in a well-situated facility, so we really enjoyed our walks to and from there, since it was just a 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio :) The beds were cozy and the staff was welcoming.

Location is perfect to visit Florence. We had a car and had no difficulty to park it with the recommandations.

Wifi was very bad. Often dropped and was very slow. As we were a group of 13 people, we had to get off at the corner and walk to the reception area with our bags. Very inconvenient after a long trip. Hard to get thru the main door. The door system was not responsive to the key card. Only worked at a certain angle.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Most areas I visited were walking distance.

Our room was very dark, and coffee would have been a nice touch in the room.

The room was very small but comfortable and functional. The bathroom bi-fold door was nearly impossible to close and open.

The room was quite small and sometimes hard to navigate around the bed with one of us being really large.

The location is perfect, in the middle of things enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go, but also silent inside the room so we slept easily every night.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not good as the room was warm the entire time, regardless of the AC being on, it just didn’t cool enough at bedtime.

We loved the location! Close proximity to all restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff was very generous, it’s the same staff as the hotel across the street so we had to check-in the same way any hotel guest would. The staff let us bring our luggage and leave it with them before our scheduled check-in time, and they even had someone bring up our luggage to the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building, but keep in mind that it is very small, so 2 ppl with 2 suitcases wouldn’t fit, either 2 ppl fit or 1 person with 2 suitcases. We did use the elevator whenever we came back into the room from a day out so it was very convenient.

The fact that you had to check-in and out with the Hotel La Scaletta which was a hit confusing. I also didn't like how dark the staircase was

I would have preferred other main building with garden view.

There is a big different in rooms because property is in two buildings. This was not made clear when I reserved our room.

The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect. The room was clean and easily accessible with stroller.

The claim on being able to provide parking is false. There is no parking in the hotel and we had to park in a normal car-park nearby at standard rates. It was also impossible to offload our luggage legally by the hotel - no drop off.

requested kettle and tea/coffee as were not provided in the room as standard, however no cups were provided with kettle therefore could not make use of the tea and coffee after all.

very clean bedroom and bathroom, bedding and towels clean and fresh, towels were replaced each day and beds were made daily- thank you.
