Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomYou can’t walk to the airport from here (main roads) so will need to either get a taxi for about 15 euros or walk to tram stop about 6 mins away. Not an issue with the hotel per se, just something to note if you want a hotel that is ON the airport. Also there NEEDS to be a plug socket by the bed - not practical to charge a phone on the desk when you have an early morning alarm to get up for.
Close to airport and tram stop, very clean, excellent check in facilities, comfortable bed.

GermanyThe hotel is close to the airport. It's only one stop by train ( T2) and a 5min walk. I was a bit worried that the App to open the doors to the hotel would not work, but someone was still there to help me although it was midnight.. It probably is an old hotel, which has been refurbished in a nice way. It has a good feel to it and breakfast in the lounge was perfectly relaxing. There is a bar to buy coffee, juice and croissants.

United StatesThis is situated in an urban area, so it is surrounded by other apartment buildings. There aren’t views to speak of. There is an elevator to use which will hold a person and their 2 suitcases, but maybe not more than that. But the hotel was very well run and personal.
This hotel is very close to the airport, and highly convenient if you want a place nearby. It is about a 5 minute walk to the T2 tram to the airport, or a quick ride taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is very clean, offers a place to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was onsite during our stay, and was a very helpful resource. He was knowledgeable, enjoyable, and professional. I was impressed by my interactions with the staff and the cleanliness of the room.

I think the room is a little bit better than a standard 3* hotel. That is why I rakned it as a 8! It is clean and big enough and the bed is so comfortable. Checkin and checkout are automatic and you can do it via a mobile app. I did not try meals so I cannot if breakfast is good or not.

United StatesWish I had known that there was a minimum cost for taxi trips to the airport regardless of distance. The cost for a cab to the hotel from where we were staying in downtown Florence (a 30-minute ride) was the same as the cost for the 5-minute ride from the hotel to the airport.
Room was fine; we had a very early flight and wanted a room near the airport; really just came and slept there. The hotel was helpful in calling a taxi for the morning.

United KingdomAlthough very late the check in was easy and there was still someone at the front desk to help us which we were worried about. We chose this hotel as we landed late in the evening so no point heading into the centre of Florence itself. Added bonus that this hotel is only 3 minutes walk to the tram - direct to centre of Florence for only 1 euro 70. Reception were really helpful in pointing this out rtaher than paying 25 euros for a cab. Thank you.

Australiathe food was convenient but a little on the expensive side, considering quality and amount of what you were given. the big focus on needing to have an app to access the property was a worry at first, but their good service allayed my worries
I liked the way they were able to adapt to me not being able to download app and could let me access the building, and use a card for the room. lovely people who work there less than €20 by taxi to airport.
